It literally sucks the people don’t how talk and I asked for walnut crunch donut and all I got was a old fashioned donut

Tim Hortons - A Perfect 5 Stars! I've never experienced burnt coffee at Tim Hortons. Their consistently smooth and flavorful brew, combined with a diverse menu of delicious treats, keeps me coming back for more. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere make it the go-to spot for a reliably great coffee experience.

Probably the worst Tim Horton's shop I hv ever been to and believe me, I have been to hundreds. The service is laboriously slow like everyone here is learning and they don't know what they are doing.
I figured it's probably a training ground or something.

There seems to be a lot more emphasis on the drive thru at the detriment of the walk-thrus - yet today I drove thru and it still took 10 mins to get a coffee.

Indoors is disorganized: when you come in, you can't tell where the line starts or ends. While the configuration inside could be the issue, setting up queue ropes could help in directing customer traffic. I really doubt I'll come here again. The Tim's at Rymal is a tad better.

How hard is it to make coffee and simple sandwiches you might ask? Not at all. The problem with this Tim’s is the extreme lack of care for the service provided and to the customers Whoever owns this Tim’s needs to actually train their employees correctly or hire employees that will actually take pride in their job.

The most racial disparity I've ever seen in a work place. The afternoon shift is all indian women who all speak the same. No diversity at all. I have a feeling they gatekeep the job and only hire brown people.

I've travelled a lot but no where I've seen much lazy worker where customers have to wait for more than 10 min in a line I mean what the heck

When a Cook himself taste cold appetite isn't acceptable, I mean if I would be manager of this place I'll give my customers better results within a week.
First, they take and give back smile which is main priority,
Second, cleaning issue is not big one but with proper team can handle nicely, and no one picking and cleaning trashes inside,
Last but not least, no more waiting in line also customers get hot fine meal everytime.
I hope someone read this because I'm watching someone waited in line while I'm writing this note via phone.hope u get my point.

Drive-through staff refused to scan rewards code even after it was out in front of her, and my spouse asked for it to be done. Very poor service.

Absolutely horrible. Majority of the people working in the evening are very rude with no customer service skills at all.

Came here Sunday afternoon and the service is atrocious. Ladies if you don't like your jobs quit and find new ones. But I don't think you'll succeed much as your lack of enthusiasm to service really shows

I goto this Tim Hortons daily. Most of the time it's a struggle, I can't understand many of the girls thru thr speaker Nor do they understand me.it a 3 repeat order every time.even tho I always order the same thing. However Tonight there was the most pleasant and wonderful girl working.took my order.she was smiling and fast.and she even got my order correct! She even said have a great night.
Hang on to that employee because she is wonderful. 5 stars is just for her.

Went in on my birthday for my free rewards with my tims rewards app and they denied me the offer and were extremely rude, you should train your staff better on policy and manners

If I could give zero stars I would. 3 people working the drive thru and not busy but line up at cash and they are not willing to help. Three of them over there laughing and chatting and I even asked for one of them to help and got attitude. Do as little as possible. Good hiring job Tims. Don’t go here unless you have time to waste. There are many other options down the road.

Tim Hortons ant stone church near gas station not inside the gas station one but the other main one. Ordered steep tea with 1 milk was ordered with full cream and no taste of steep tea and jalapeño bagel was toasted black like charcoal look means overcooked and was very bad customer service. Waited 20 mins for steep tea with white warm cream and water mix.

Unhappy because since it was slow one of 2 girls working, was gonna clean the machine for hot chocolate and lattes etc in the middle of the day, making it unable to get those drinks. Terrible experience had to settle for what I didn't want.
Store lso looked looked dirty.
