Tim Hortons

Went inside the gas station/Tims. Employees were talking to each other so I waited for them to finish their conversation. I ended up waiting 5 minutes, one of the employees came around and I responded with "Hello" and she completely ignores me. I decided to go get my car because I am a local and I brought up my complaint to the employee at the drive-thru and she remained silent and didn't apologize for any of the bad service. She instead gave me a death glare. Timmies has really gone downhill especially at this location and their lack of care. Do better. They make Starbucks look like they're worth the money.

Customer service is amazing there always friendly and happy to see you. If you ask they make it the way you will like it. The only negative is that I wish the hygiene could be better other than that great food.
