Places sugar in the coffee without order. Realized when took first sip but by that far enough not to come back.

This place should really consider hiring people that know how to properly crack eggs both my sandwiches had shells in them.

Clean and friendly staff. I just wish Boston Creme wouldn't get put in a bag! Still tasted yummy!

I live close to this Tim Hortons and usually do deliveries and pick up but when I do pick up it is fine because i check my stuff over there but deliveries always something missing or different items. I always order steeped tea and they always i mean always delivered coffee i mean you guys don’t read the receipts or you don’t know the difference between tea and coffee and to talk about this issue i got coffee and I called them and they received call and i told them my issue and they said will call you in a moment they never call me back so then i call them again and they pick the call and then didn’t say anything and cut the call. And you guys never satisfied a customer. People order food in the morning to start their day and all you do is ruin their mornings with whatever reasons you have. Customer comes first remember this. I am also a customer service associate and I know how to serve them and give the food they want because food is something makes people’s day and either you change the staff or teach them to read the customer’s order twice and give them the right thing because we are spending our money on it.

It’s getting worse and worse with the taste in this Tims but more worse than that is their costumer service

It's one of the best Tim's here in Guelph. One of the crew members Ramandeep is really best at her job. It's my regular Tim's and she always remembers my order and greet me with bestest smiles. Hazelnut Latte for the win!

The experience in this Tim Hortons was really good. I always feel happy after visiting as the service of Ramandeep kaur was outstanding. She always serve us with a cute wide smile. As i was new and she described me everything before purchasing. At last, it was worth it. Thank you

I originally had this as a 1 star but there have been some significant improvements in quality and reliability as well as customer service.

Poor customer service, poor speed, poor quality. The employees are rude and give you attitude for ordering food. One peach quencher and one wrap, took 10 minutes to serve me.

The worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. Service is ridiculously slow and then when you get your order it’s wrong. I keep telling myself to give them another try and each time it’s dismal service.

I came in the drive thru just now (4: 36 pm). Indian (punjabi) girl on the drive thru was so rude. We were there for online order pickup and we forgot to tell them on the order screen. I know it was my fault but she was so rude on the window and asked us to come again in an attitude. There was Literally just 1 car behind us. She told me that our time screen is going on so i cannot wait. I had literally 2 items in my orders. So Miss, are you there for keeping your time screen or are you there for serving people? I think Tim hortons is a restaurant. So your first priority should be to serve customers. Disgusting service. I am really disappointed.

We just went to this tim outlet and waited about 10 mins to get our order. As the breakfast was not ready, we ordered 3 savory pastries. The pastries are ice cold as it was nothing heater. We had been here several times and did not have this kind of experience. The food use to be heated and fresh. This is the worst experience we had from this tim outlet.

I just went to the drive-thru around 5: 40 a.m. On a Monday, the restaurant was well staffed without many customers at this time. I asked them a simple question, if they offer bananas. Not unreasonable since a lot of coffee shops have bananas, not only did they not answer my question but they started laughing at me. The worker told me, "we're not a grocery store" like it was a ridiculous question. It's not, but even if she thought it was, she could have just said "no, we do not have bananas". She was laughing at me, spit was coming from her mouth, as I was trying to pay. I decided not to give this location my money. The person who was laughing at me was wearing red glasses. I was frequencing this location often, but now will not go back again.

I had a horrible experience today at the clair road branch. I saw a team member treating a customer very rudely. After that when I asked my drink to be changed and it was not what I wanted, the supervisor working at evening shift asked me to pay again if I want them to make another drink for me. That did not make sense at all. I already paid for that. When I argue about it she threaten to get a restriction order for me; what does that supposed to mean? This is the second time I am seeing this. The first time, I saw they did the same thing to another customer and threaten the poor guy. When a team member makes a mistake they should fix it or nicely just change the drink. I do not understand the threatening part. Next time this happens, customers will go to media and social media and will make a complain about it. I have also a video of the incident that I am planning to send it to the owner of this store.

They don't toast their bagels properly. Have faced this multiple times in morning where even double toasted bagel is not even toasted. Its cold when they hand it to you, showing that it wasn't toasted and was pre-toasted a bit to give the looks of it being toasted. I even returned it once and had them redo but can't be doing that every time.

Usually go through the drive thru, but have gone in a few times, and it's always clean, friendly staff.

I went in the restaurant for take out. There was no wait and it was really clean inside. The staff members were friendly and quick. My two breakfast orders were accurate, the food was good and they had hockey cards in stock too.
