Tim Hortons

Too much wait for the food. We finish our coffee but they are saying we need to wait for 10 minutes for the food.

A very pleasant place. I had an appointment here and it went great. This Trademark is the hallmark of Canada and therefore needs no introduction. Come and enjoy coffee, tea, cakes and other delicious treats. The ratings I gave and they are quite correct for this place.

I would appreciate it if (Even after the cashier has to ask several people to figure out how to ring through the item correctly.) that the staff at this location would read the instructions they are given and remember to not put egg on an item after I asked for the egg removed, especially since every single time I eat tim hortons eggs, I throw up. Especially when it is hidden in a wrap.

I’ve been going to this Tim hortons for years and I have never experienced the level of slow service and disorganization. Wait times are crazy. I’ve waited 20 minutes or more for my order. Today I ordered a coffee with 3 milk and 2 sugar. Not good and not delicious. It tasted like dark roast with nothing in it. Disappointing! The homeless and drug addicts are a real problem too.

For the most part pretty average Tims (its what you'd expect for a Tim Horton's close to downtown brantford) however there is one staff member who is always super sweet and kind, always gives excellent service and brightens my day everyday. She remembers regular's orders, and greets everyone with a smile every time.
