Worst customer service. Girl who is taking drive thru orders was so rude to us. I did mobile order and was not aware that I have to tell them my order number at screening. We waited for more than 5 min and nobody responded and comes this young tall girl and started to shout at us. This is the first time I’m having this experience for Tim Hortons. Hope somebody takes some action.

Worst staff. It’s a small shop with at least 6,7 people working. Every single time I come in i have to ask for someone to help at the cashier. They all watch me come in the store and no one bothers to greet.

Absolutely disgusting service and staff night shift around 11 pm it took her 15 minutes to make an ice capp with noone in line ahead or behind me and then ask for chocolate chip cookies and she gave me white chocolate macadamian broken in 3 peices. HIRE STAFF THAT KNOW ENGLISH AND KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING PS ice cap went straight to the garbage because it tasted disgusting.

Worst Tims location ever. Went instore to get timbits. Night staff was very rude and unfriendly. Tossed order on counter without acknowledging customer. Never go to this location

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to by far, items are almost always wrong. Bakery items as well are usually stale, and any sandwich is made with ingredients that seem like they were put out the night before. Staff are very unapologetic and brush you off when trying to have them fix any order mistakes.

In my opinion this is the fastest Tim Hortons in all of Ontario, it's unbelievable. I go here almost everyday. People complain too much, its Tim Hortans not a 5 star restaurant. In fact I don't even care if my order is wrong (which is rare) because this location is that fast.

Speed in a drive thru is all that matters and they have it down to a science, and the staff are quite friendly.

Every Monday evening i place mobile order 10-15 minutes early and when i go to the store they come and ask me what my order is and then make it which delays my other work. I place mobile order so that I can avoid waiting but even if they are not busy they don’t make the order.
Every time they toast the bagel so much that it becomes black.
Monday staff is very rude and arrogant and starts arguing, specially one aunty. I asked her once why is my order not ready yet she started fighting with me and kept saying take refund.
Also, they are all very slow and lazy and do all the work like we are forcing them and make weird faces.

I bought this breakfast wrap at Warden and Lawrence location on my way to work.showed the manager the video the next day and she told me they dont sell the breakfast wraps in the cardboard casings they use the paper wraps.lol Took a bite and when I moved it from my mouth it felt like something was attached and look at the size of hair that is still in the wrap. Couple days later I got another breakfast wrap just to see what it came in and again cardboard like casing. If i didn't take my time pulling it gently it would have broke. I threw it out as this hair was long as hell and the lady that made it is the older lady that wears a bun in there hair.

I ordered roasted beef craveable, the bread was totally burned. I just threw to the garbage. I'm really disappointed.

I don’t know how the average of 3. This location should be a zero as it stands. I have been to many locations and this has got to be the worst one. Let’s start by saying they are not able to retain staff. The place is a revolving door. You have to constantly repeat your order many times and then sadly it still comes to you wrong. If not wrong then sadly prepared with a burnt bagel or something. Wait times let’s not even go down road. I’ve been and customers have been waiting greater than 10 minutes. Always arguments between the staff and customers. The worst part is I heard many have complained directly to owner and he doesn’t seem to care. Quite frankly he should be ashamed that he runs such a prize franchise the way he does.

Says its open 24 hrs but the lady who wrks the night shift closed the front door and stopped taking orders. She saw us at the door and didn’t bother to even tell us that the store is closed. I am a regular customer who used to get coffee at the same time before. Pathetic customer service.

Ordered A simple bagel this morning it came out to be a jalapeño bagels that smells really bad completely burred,
After they messed up the first order
They made me wait,
In the drive-through it sounded like they weren’t even listening to me.

Tim Hortons Is very Nice to may location because every Morning by some breakfast coffee and not Thank you Tim Hortons. Excellent
