Tim Hortons

My brother was sold a sandwich with mold on it. Then was told he's pathetic for trying to receive compensation. I'm not going to this Tim Hortons ever again

The team at this location was beyond rude, belittling, and aggressive towards my family. We were requested to call guest services and it has been over a month of trying to talk to them and were promised multiple calls back. No one has ever called back, everyone is trying to pass blame to everyone else, and the store has done nothing to actually address the situation or makeup for the fact that they directly harassed an individual with an intellectual disability.

Prior to Canada day I had ordered a breakfast sand which that had spots of mold on it from this tim hortons.

I contacted the store and spoke with a manger named Ben who said he would refund the meal and give a 20 dollar gift card.

Fast forward to day after Canada day, I went to collect sandwhich and gift card.

The staff in the drive thru speaker said no problem and told me to come to the window. When I got to the window a female manager told me i would not be receiving anything and that I had to return right away after I was given the moldy sandhwich.

As a developmental support worker it is not always possible to return to places with clients once we have left.

Regardless of that when I returned and asked for my gift card and sandwiches I was told I was pathetic and that I would not be allowed to speak with Ben. The manager on shift refused her name and said "why would I give it? " Then threatened police on me for asking for what I was offfered!

I waited for about 10 minutes to the dismay of the drive thru so I left.

Never eat here. Terrible unfriendly unclean service. I'd give a 0/5 if possible.

Very disappointed to hear a manager yelling at an employee in training
Service was absolutely horrible took more then 10 min to get my order taken then more then 10 to get my food which was a quencher and a wrap
Manager seemed more concerned about drive thru orders then the in store customers that were lined up out the door
Now the wrap let’s go there
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap zero lettuce half a tomato 1 pc of bacon and hardly no chicken at all and to top it off no ranch
The wrap was a third the size it would have been at any other Tim hortons

The place was nice, quiet and Jessica's service was excellent! Warming up the donuts rocks

Absolutely ridiculous place sometimes there polite and friendly sometimes not coffees hit and miss staff are ignorant and lazy garbage overflowing and there response that's night shift responsibility this is 7am in the morning

My first time in Canada and first Tim Horton’s. I’m comparing it to The Dunkin Donuts we have in the States, and the coffee and donuts here are far superior. I love it. Friendly service too.

The service fell far short of my expectations. We waited 2-3 minutes for someone to take our order and in the meantime no one acknowledged our presence. It would be so easy for someone to say “hi, we’ll be right with you. ” The young man that took our order didn’t crack a smile. And after he took my order, no one made my tea. It’s too bad that Tim Hortons has become farm ore focused on the drive through customer rather than the customer in store.

Outstanding food and donuts selection, fairly prompt and courteous service at this location, clean and organized, very friendly staff, incredible value, highly recommended!

I edited and improved the rating because I thought this was a different location I was reviewing, this location next to the Welland River is excellent in all aspects, keep up the great work!
