Tim Hortons

I’m an early riser and usually pass this Tims by the highway every morning around open time. I don’t bother coming here that early cause they never have anything ready. Today was a late day for me and decided to stop here for my morning coffee and breakfast instead of my usual spot. 2.5 hours in to them being open and bakery case is basically empty. Drive thru was about 10-12 cars deep so didn’t bother with that either. Guy in front of me ordered timbits and was charged for them even though they had none available. No donuts. His options were very limited as the girl clearly didn’t want to have to process a refund. My croissant wasn’t available so I had to settle for something I don’t usually order or enjoy. Girl working the front counter has poor customer service ethic and liked to take her sweet time doing anything. Waited almost 10 minutes for a coffee and baked good with only myself and one other gentleman in front of me. Most of that time was spent waiting to be greeted or acknowledged at all. Place hasn’t changed much since the last time I was there months ago. Disappointing at best. Coffee was good though.

Rare they have enough staff to even open the store … almost always drive thru only

Shouldn’t take people 20+ mins to get a coffee

Often long wait times to order 7-10 minutes plus, even if there are only 2 or 3 people in line. Once ordered it moves fairly quickly.

This particular Tim Hortons was clean. The service was slow, but the employees were kind and sweet. The food was nice and hot as was the latte. The cold brew I also ordered was made very well.

Never get the order right always a very very long wait. Never fails to disappoint

Worst Tim Hortons Ever, it took good 30 minutes even though we placed mobile order. Should work on your productivity.
