Tim Hortons

Employees have the worst customer service. They are not making the order on time neither correct and also refuse to remake the drinks. Their stepped tea is never fresh and smells so bad. Employees are not wearing hair nets for afternoon shift which causes their hair be in foods which is disgusting and plus they refuse to change the food or remake it or refund you. Don’t go to this TimHortons.

Well, I ordered two Double Double with Hazelnut shot. Neither of them had Hazelnut favour or even a sugar. If this happened for the first time, I would have let it go but this is not the first time. It happened on several occasions. It's snowing outside, I can't go back to the restaurant just for the coffee. This is so much unfair. This kind of non-competency is not acceptable. They got my order wrong on many occasion and they do not even apologize for it. Please look into it. English is not first language, please rectify the situation if you can. I hope that you understand this, I don't want anyone to make anything right here. This kinds of things happens at this place a lot and I just want some real change, next time when I go in there, they make my order right and communicate properly regarding what's where.

Bad service, this is the third time I have been to this store and they only have drinks, nothing available from the kitchen, before the service was not always the best but at least they had kitchen items available

It's a tim Hortons. Can't say anything amazing. Theyre just average in terms of food and coffee. Staff were very courteous.

Must say it's pretty average. Nothing good worth mentioning about this Tim's. Food is handed poorly. The staff is not very polite. As it is located in the downtown area you can always find homeless people gathered around.

Frequent line-ups and long waiting times for a simple coffee because take-out orders are prioritized over walk-in coffee customers. Staff are unapologetic for making patrons wait for coffee and many times there is no-one at all waiting on walk-in coffee customers. Very poor customer service indeed.

I wanted to redeem my points and the guy on the front counter kept on arguing with me. I tried my level best to explain him but it took him forever to understand still he kept on criticizing with me. He was laughing at my face and kept on chewing a gum.
I am sorry to say but his work ethics and code of customer service was zero.
I never had such an unpleasant experience with this branch before.
