Tim Hortons

First off, some kudos to Timmies are in order - you’ve finally dethroned Starbucks for a solid Americano. Not sure how you managed to snag some great espresso machines but you did, so credit when it’s due!

The food otherwise is what you’d expect, and the service was pretty quick. As usual service is fastest during morning peak and slows down after the kids start working after 3.

The person who served me was very rude. I asked for a cold latte, I told him not to add ice and he gave me only half the glass with coffee, she told me the other part was ice. The other time I also went by and he told me that he didn't have a latte coffee, that his machine didn't work, she has a very bad attitude. I only give her my respects because she is an older lady. But her attitude is not correct in customer service.

Not only are they rude but like is their espresso machine ever going to work? What’s the point of offering lattes if your espresso machines don’t work. Or do you guys just not know how/ are too lazy to use an espresso machine. Coffee shop? I don’t think so.

Stopped in. The bathrooms were so disgusting and under maintained that I’ll skip the food. For parents: if you’re looking for a place to bring your child to use the washroom, don’t go here.

WORST ICE CAPP EVER. PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT TIM HORTONS. Never thought I would say that in Canada lol but you really need to train your staff on how to make an ice Capp. And also train your staff to give a straw with ice capp lol I don’t live in ice age where I would lick the cup lol oh and tell them to actually give the order, don’t keep it on the side of the window!

The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They don’t have any training how to deal with customers. Zero customer service. Today morning I order one ice coffee with cream and sugar and chai tea. She didn’t mix ice coffee well. Even the chai tea is also very bad. I visit this location regularly like twice a week. But from today I decide to not come again on this location. I suggest to my friends also to not come on this store.

Worst tim hortons i have ever been. They don’t know how to serve customer and very rude. Food was not tasty and smells bad. Ava is the employee name.

Poor customer service, bagel tasted like it was a day old, our Timbit box included a half Timbit (hopefully not bitten!) and they were out of stock of common menu items and it wasn’t even 11am yet.

Staff take forever here. They are horribly slow every single time I am here, regardless of how busy it is or time of day

Slow moving. Cashier was confused at the drive through. Later at night so maybe staff was tired. Tim's in general has drastically gone down hill.

I went to order inside tim but the old lady who took order was very rude. They dont know how to deal with their customers. So bad and rude.

Javon was super sweet and had great customer service! He was very helpful and was smiling the whole time.

I like to point out as a very steady Tim hortons customer, this is the first time I go to this Tim hortons and I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the tables, the floor.

I have never witnessed such rude and unprofessional service.
I ordered 2 farmers wrap combos with coffee and hash brown for drive thru pick up. I reached the pick up window and I’m only given 2 wraps and 2 coffee. When asked about the hash brown I’m told they were not ordered. I said no I asked for combos with hash browns. They said I have to pay extra I said no problem. I asked for my current payment to be cancelled and to be charged for the combos I asked for. I reposes I got back was “why are you being a DICK” I said excuse me and reply was so you want you food or no.
I was in absolute shock unbelievable.

If this is the kind of service Tim Hortons is proud of then this was my last Tim Hortons visit.

Service is terrible. I've been many times around 6 before work and cant get egg for my sandwich. Having to wait 15mins for egg in rush hr is not acceptable.
It's NOT a proud Canadian store anymore!

Ordered exactly what I always order. Came out wrong. Asked if they could fix it. Told me I was wrong and they would not change it. And it was made extremely poorly.: (As I drove away I remembered JC Bagels is down the street for almost the same price.:)

Got a smile cookie with literally no icing on the cookie. This has happened to me at every single tims I've gone to. Hope they start to step up.

Very bad customer service. Waited almost 10 min on drive through to order my coffee, No response. Finally give up.

I only visit this location late night on the way back to Toronto, but service is great and food is always good.

4am. 20 minutes to get one coffee through the drive thru. 20 minutes. I'm not exaggerating.

This location is a complete joke! The staff are not trained properly. There is zero organization. I have been to countless locations and this is hands down the worst Tim Hortons in Ontario! Its complete chaos! Under staffed! The owner needs to shake their head! 0/5 stars!
