They make your drink first even if the food takes 15 minutes, so it's cold by the time your takeout order is even ready.

Also half the time the app lets you order crispy chicken but they're out so they change your order on you.

Being the only Timmy's open in Kanata for Christmas Day, the crew is doing an awesome job. Thanks

Needs to work on working with the people using mobile order. Said I had my order, waited. Asked where my order was after others being served and given their stuff. Asked again. Was told it was on the way (hadnt been preped yet). Another 5 minute after still helping others and I finally get my 2 coffees.

I asked for all chocolate, and this is what I got. It’s always a hit or miss; 2 out of 5 mornings they get something wrong per week. So disappointing.

Very bad service. They always mess your order and the quality of food and service is very poor. Every single time I go there they either don’t make my order properly or forget everything I order. Also, the staff is very rude and not professional at all when it comes to service. Avoid this place.

I don't think this location has once gotten my order correct. I really have no words for how terrible the service is here. I honestly don't think I could mess up so significantly and so consistently if I tried.

Good enough.lots of room for drive-through lines to grow, and the lines here move quickly enough. Although it gets so busy here at peak hours that the lines spill out from the parking lot and into the road where it impedes traffic. Though that's the fault of drivers, not the establishment.

Went to this wasteland a couple of days ago, and when i say it was a dump, I MEAN it. It took me and a couple others over 20 minutes to receive our orders, and some were left waiting hopelessly for an hour. An order was not completed, and we had to battle with the management for a long time to just get the food that was paid for. There was even a chunk/bite out of the wrap after we were given the food, and other customers even had egg shells in their sandwiches. Absolutely unacceptable and i would recommend that nobody should ever visit this disgusting place

I came in ask a breakfast sandwich on a bagel and a sausage roll plus a large coffee. Tim horton has good service most of the time. They mess up on my order gave me 2 sausage no egg. English muffin breakfast sandwich and coffee that taste like sick. Had a Chinese lady was in training at cash no one to help her. She don't understand English. Very bad service.
I think I go to the Eagleson Tim horton from now on. I was at this end of Kanata.
I use to come here a lot before covid days. Now It gone down the floors are dirty and tables. Have to clean owe table. Washroom are dirty.

This place is an absolute disaster! So worried about damn drive times they throw the order at you and send you on your way. That would be cool if my order wasn't ALWAYS wrong. I ordered a sausage farmers wrap no egg e tra sauce. I got egg and no sauce but couldn't fix it because they already sent me on my way and wasted 20$ ill never tell anyone this is a good establishment

I witnessed that A Worker of Tim Hortons enter at the same time as me at the washroom and she didn't wash her hands when she got out.

We went through the drive through this morning and ordered two sausage egg english muffins and received one bacon egg english muffin and one english muffin WITH NO EGG just cheese and bacon. This is the second time that they’ve messed up this order.

It took 20 minutes to get my order and only after I spoke with the manager! There is a beer can in the washroom, the floor is all disgusting!

Went to the drive through to order some food, and was promptly told you guys don’t serve any food whatsoever after 9 pm.

What? Lol

Ridiculous. Train your staff better.

Waited an hour for food and drink while order after order kept piling up.
Managers came out to tell staff to “make orders” and then would disappear.
No structure to anything it’s just a mess full of angry customers.
Coffee should NOT take an hour.

This location is awful. The morning staff are rude. They answer you with such disrespect as if I am begging them for the food I am purchasing. I asked them this morning for a fresh croissant because their croissant is always stale. I've gotten the croissant for the past 4 days with my coffee in hopes it will somehow be a surprise and be fresh. The lady who took the order says, "they are baked fresh every morning, so it's fresh". When I got the croissant, it was 1/2 the size of a normal croissant because it was under baked and it was hard as a rock. Another day of their baked product went in the garbage. I've decided that after this episode along with all the others, I will not go back.

Very nice staff, not much different from any Tim Hortons. It is horribly dirty there.a night crew need to get in there to clean those floors. The Wendy's side is really really disgusting

In a single month they made 3 order mistakes for me. They charged me first and then said the product was not available. This happened two times. And then they made a mistake on the refund too. Double charged me instead of refund. I also got a double double coffee with no sugar. I like this place I hope they bring some more employees to help and give them proper training.
