The Tim horton drive thru girl is very rude and think she owns the store.you should teach your staff how to talk and nicely with smile

How do I order a breakfast sandwich.everything bagel and was given everything croissant sandwich? This is terrible service and the attendant on the drive through wasn't courteous.no wonder she messed up my breakfast

I ordered 3 yuzu quencher without ice. And they put the ice in that and we asked to change that she just remove ice from the cup and when I asked that is it Newly made then she refused but there were still ice cubes in that. Then asked to remake that, after that she isn’t even fill the half cup. It wasn’t even half full. I’m working in the Tim hortons and they change their policy that we have to fill the cup full even if there’s no ice. The worst place

Very Cheap service…i ordered Chai tea latte through drive through and they give me just hot teas without steamed.i asked again through store and then they made coffee latte with chai tea bag…again gone third time and they gave me tea latte without sugar. I am wondering how they are running a business.if you don’t even trained for your recipes than what s meaning of playing with people s money…didn’t get my drink even after third time…

May 23 12: 30 pm the cashier that shouldn't be one didn't want to take my five dollar bill because it had a little rip in it wanted to give me a hard time wow how many other people is she bugging

They had limited options available to order and we were willing to wait for anything.but they were unwilling to provide any options

I went there to pickup 2 medium black ice coffees, and the guy at the front named SUNNY made it. The BLACK ICE COFFEE had SUGAR in it. If someone want a black coffee it means nothing in it, which manager said by herself, but they are serving it with sugar in it. When asked for refund she said i have to come over to their place. We are truck drivers and have to walk there from flying j. I saw other reviews also after this happened and they are terrible. No service at all.

The people working their are unprofessional and they feel like we are begging for food from them. If you feel to have a Tim coffee please go to another Tim who deals customer in a better way.

When someone order BLACK ICE COFFEE thn it means BLACK n nothing else NO SUGAR NO CREAM/millk.
Plz take your job seriously otherwise stay home. Emotions connected to the food so dnt ruin the mood of the customer.

So manager said she want the proof tht we didn’t drink the coffee coz we dnt have any option to go back as we r truck drivers so can’t take the bigrig back again. So miss here’s the proof.
Seriously who will lied for $3. Pathetic service. No customer service at all provided. Now i have to go back someday to get my refund lol.

This tim hortons needs to learn to help those who are struggling to keep up. The little guy on cash can't do anything simple. Had to wait for dark roast to be made cause no one thinks when it's low from their last pour to make more, so I wait. I wait for 5 minutes for the kid to even make it. Then another customer gets their dark roast who came in almost 10 minutes after me. I asked if I should just pour it myself and the kid proceeds to TAKE ANOTHER ORDER AND MAKE THE COFFEE for the new order? @? !? ! This falls on management for not assessing their employees and how they work. So frustrating that I had to wait as long as I did while the kid ran around doing so much and getting nothing done. Very poor experience.

Went thru drive thru at approx 1pm - ordered grilled cheese with bacon, roast beef craveable, bottled water and a coffee - 2c 3s and 1/2 decaf

The water isn’t he only thing they got correct.

Grilled cheese was BARELY toasted - the cheese inside was solid and cold (not one bit melted). The craveable had zero onion chips (which MAKE the sandwich) and my coffee has zero sugar (who knows if it is half decaf).

For almost $18 I *do* expect much more than this nonesense.

I’d appreciate if the manager/owner rectified this but contacting me and offering a credit.

When I placed an order through the app this morning for pickup I accidentally hit curbside, when I realized it after my order processed I called the store to let them know since my order was not going to be processed for an hour.

The woman, who took my call, told me on the phone that they do not do curbside so I could not have placed an order, and asked me if I actually ordered there or somewhere else. I explained that it somehow allowed me to place it under curbside and it was a mistake on my end as I always go in for pickup. I told her I was almost there and I would come in. She told me that she could not do my order unless she saw the order number; again, I told her I was almost there and that I would come in.

When I arrived, 2 of the women working were so confused about why my order had not shown up for them but asked to see my phone so they could see the order confirmation. I told them that they likely would not get the order until closer to the time because it was not going to be available until after 10. Again, they were so kind and prepared my order.

The manager and the woman I spoke with on the phone came over and quite rudely asked to see my order confirmation, I told them the other 2 women saw it but I gladly showed them and probably with a bit of sass on my end since their attitudes towards me was very unkind. They walked away without any thank you or acknowledgement.

Thank you to the 2 women who prepared my order with kindness. YOU are very APPRECIATED AS I GO HERE Monday to Thursday every week.

Spent 2 hours here meeting family just off the 401 (1/2 way point between Wallaceburg and Brampton). Great service and food and clean bathrooms.

Coffee shop. Store is clean. Washrooms clean. I got a steeped tea, and honey cruller. So delicious. I find the sandwiches under cooked.
