Coffee and Donut were fresh, even the timbit for our dog was fresh. Staff are really nice and you can tell they love animals

On Sunday evening of April 9/23, I ended up going to the Tim Hortons there. Sam, the supervisor, was amazing, patient, hospitable and efficient. Kudos to that location for hiring employees like Sam who know how to serve with respect and care. Thank you.

One of the worst drive through experiences! We were at this particular location and drive through was fully empty, after waiting 30 seconds, no one replied my husband said “hello” in a normal way and still no reply. We thought no one was there and about to drive. Someone answered and we backed up again to order. Once we got our order the guy served us told us in a rude way “next time try being patient, when you said hello at us it rushes us too”. We always get our coffees at drive thru’s and have seen extremely busy times where we waited for quite a bit patiently. Saying hello, hi or hello anyone there is a common language people use at drive thru’s. I highly respect people working in these conditions but certain attitude towards customers is not OK. Saying all this I also want to mention that Tim Hortons is our go to coffee spots and it would still be! But being tried this way is not polite!

The food is average Tim’s so not bad, but the drive through is always extremely slow. With a line of 2 cars or 12 it’s always slow. Good thing the staff is polite.

This location is a joke. No pride or work ethic from anyone that works there. Really can’t stand Tim Hortons anymore. And they don’t even deserve this one star.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a bagel before I went to work and I don’t think they could’ve burnt it anymore. I threw it away while at work and when I came back later in the day with a picture that I had bought it that same day they refused to give me another bagel because I had not brought the original bagel back. Picture was time stamped with the time and date but would still not replace it. Horrible

I ordered medium French vanilla and The coffee is taste like a water and the portion of coffee is also less then half
