Tim Hortons

Every time I come to this location recently every table is filthy. The counters are sticky. There are far too many people working for no one to go wipe a table once in a while. Can’t ever dine in cause there’s no where to sit without food spills and garbage. It’s a real shame since it used to be a very clean and popular location. But honestly I’m finding most the Tim Hortons in Cambridge are becoming a bit gross.

They gave us a cold bagel, even though we ask for a double toasted bagel

No one there nowadays seems to know what a Large regular is nor a large Cafe mocha 1 cream 1 sugar. No matter how many different ways I try to say it. I either get 2 creams no sugar or a black mocha. My coffee I ALWAYS order large regular. What I get is a Double double or too much cream and and no sugar. Not even going to mention their lack of iced capp skills. I tell everyone not to go here.

Worst ice-cap that I have taken. Disproportionate amount of water in it.

Not enough employees, and they're clearly overworked and poorly treated. This place is also never open late because they don't have enough staff.

By far the worst experience from a tims. I asked for a less ice Blackberry Yuzu and the drive thru worker named Kalie gave the drink with extra ice. I informed her about this, she just took the drink and literally took out the ice with her hand and gave me back the drink back just half full. We pay 3$ for this and get bad service and bad drinks from these workers. Such a shame!
