Spent a couple hours here with a friend. We just ate some food and chatted. The atmosphere was comfortable the whole time and I felt relaxed. Everyone was doing their own thing and it was a smooth experience.

Worst Experience Ever on Drive Thru… what the hell they charged me and then they were not having the order and in refund they give me less dollars as per they charged….

The girl name sukhpreet working here is so sweet she always take orders with smile and the coffee was great

The service was very worse. There are so many workers working but they don't care about customer expectations.i want to tap for my Tim point card and they not ask me and I was scanned it but that's not acceptable one.

"Can I order 2 large coffee double doubles please"

Cashier "3 double doubles"
"No I said 2 did I speak french"

Please have all staff take a ESL course

Staff is very rude everytime they mess my order and than they talk very rudely if i order ice coffee with extra base and cream they don’t add these extra things and than talk harshly.

If anyone going there just remember you're supposed to tell them that your hot beverage should be hot and cold should be cold otherwise you'll freeze to shame. They don't care.

I don’t think they deserve any star. I being there and there is no line up. Waited there for 10 minutes but no one even took my order. All the employees were just concentrated towards drive thru. I believe either they should close their walk in counter and just use their drive theu

These guys gave my order to someone else (that’s all Right people do mistakes) but in response they were not helpful

Cheerful staff that greets each customer and asks for their wellbeing; fresh food ; in-budge ; warm and pleasant ambiance: one just needs a corner in there to get the required peace of mind: attractive to all, so a little busy always.

Cashier was so rude and she messed up our order. Its 6: 45PM august 5 if anyone from Tim Team reading this please train her properly.

Service is always slow, staff doesn’t even try to be polite at all, working in customer service. But the worst part - the bathrooms. Beyond disgusting!

Price can go up, but quality should not be compromised. Ice Capps are more watery now. It's disappointing.

Order everything bagel toasted with and hot chocolate with 2 cream.
The drink was just brown water with sugar syrup in it. And got raisin bagel and was charged for 12 grain
