Tim Hortons

I truly believe management here are deliberately understaffed this Tim's. There are rarely more than 4 employees working even on a busy weekday morning. The line is atrocious, the wait times are brutal. Most staff are friendly but slow. When I have asked people if they want to go to tims they'll specify "not the one near No Frills though, it sucks there. "

Every time I visit this location the Staff always have a good laugh and make me feel like I'm the punch line. It's really makes me feel uncomfortable. I never post an experience but I'm getting really angry. I wish I spoke Punjabi but I do speak body language and this story has a big issue with rude employees. Even now as times is at the lowest expectations level in 30 years this one is horrible.

Dirty, so dirty. It is disgusting and bad service even when they don't have anyone in the store. I had to wait for the service. I never saw another tim hortons like this

This has got to be the worst timis I’ve ever been to. The trash is always full, not enough people working there long wait time. I don’t blame the staff their are struggling not enough people

Coffee was not fresh, the taste was terrible.
The rice bowl was watery.
The dining room was dirty and disgusting, napkin and food everywhere.
Not a good experience.

A very good location. The food was good, coffee was fresh and hot and the washrooms were clean. The staff is really good and there are lot of parking spaces nearby.

I have been there twice in last week and every time i had to wait 15 minutes for service.the store is not clean and very slow service very d and will never go back again.

Terrible service

The person taking the order was in a huge rush and was impatient. Once the order was placed it took them a long time to get a bagel ready. The line up of people was getting longer and when i asked why there was a delay I was told by one of the staff (supposedly a trainer) that they had new staff starting today. The tone he used was as if I should have known that they had new staff! I'm good with giving new people additional time to learn but the trainer could have been proactively telling people why there was a delay and not assume that customers in the line up already knew that they had new staff! He should pay attention to his tone as well.

Friendly staff but not enough of them and they were not organized. Terrible service speed and poorly managed. Coffee was fresh but food quality was not great.

Place was a mess, floor had spilled coffee, service was slow, seat cushions have holes in them

Two of the three coffees I ordered were just warm, one was hot and more sugar than I asked. The girl banged the two wraps on the counter so hard to get them to fit the paper tube, the toppings were all at the bottom of the wrap and the wrap all undone, insides falling everywhere. The Turkey bacon club sandwich hap copious amounts of mayo and super little bacon, sandwich made lopsided most ingredients on one side.
So bad I felt compelled to voice my extreme dissatisfaction.

I go mostly afternoons and I always see trash on the tables and on the floor. This place is filthy and smells. It is no chance to sit down because it is mess in most chairs and tables. Burlington is beautiful city and all stores are cool, beside this Tim Hortons that is extremely dirty.

Maby 1 in 5 times I try to get a coffee there do they ever have non dairy milk. The wait is long. And they don't have non dairy milk. Just pathetic. Do better.

I've been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food and drink. Wish i could say this was the first time, but this happens almost every time i order mobile here. Been coming here for 6 years, but in the last year, it has been beyond horrible for wait time. Maybe they hate me specifically, or there is a miscommunication somewhere that prevents the staff from maintaining a flow in product. Either in the mobile system itself or in food prep. I've ordered anywhere between 9am and noon, and it seems to be a consistent problem. A lot of the time, the breakfast comes cold, so I'm not sure it's always the food being held up. As someone with back issues, it can be a struggle to stand for a period of time.

I keep coming back because it's the closest Timmies, and when the food is served well, it's great. I feel like there is a communication issue somewhere, so I hope the review helps shed light on it so maybe it can be resolved.

Really disapointed with the service.asked for two combo they give me one with extra drink when i found out the charged me extra not a second combo when i asked it was not my mistake she told me she can do nothing

Disappointed.
The person who was taking the order was confused. We ordered 4 cream cheese sandwiches and one BELT. She mixed up and and added 4 BELT rather than cheese sandwiches. 4 coffees were mixed up too.
The first 4 sandwiches, cheese amount was alright, like other locations. We decided to add 2 more cream cheese sandwiches. The last two sandwiches had almost no cheese on them. (Same person made it)
washrooms no toilet paper and very dirty.
The atmosphere was good. A very nice gentleman beside us gave us his table and asked one of the staff to clean our table. One of the cashiers helped me with my gift card. Thanks

Is a special place for be a while an have good atenciòn. The cafe and the food are amazing.
