Tim Hortons

Service is always great at this location. The food is usually good when you actually get the right order but whoever is the baker needs to stop acting like the glaze on the donuts comes out of their pay. Honey dip timbits should be DIPPED not dry, I have had to stop getting donuts altogether at this location. Other than that everything else is okay.

This is the worst location ever. Update went again today- terrible mistake. They are now trying to charge me 50 cents per pump of caramel! So my 4 pumps that I normally get for 50 cents anywhere else (because a small is 2 pumps, medium is 3, and large is 4) they are now trying to charge me 2.00 on top of my 5.00$ drink. What a joke. The wait times are terrible and none of the staff know how to make a ice Capp! I love spending over 5$ on a drink for them to have ZERO chance of being good. Too bad this is my closest location.

The Chilli that I received here was very watery. Probably the least appealing one that I've had at any Tim Horton's.

Waited in line more than 15 minutes. Two people ahead of me. Supervisor horsing around with staff singing loudy in the back. Cashier and drive thru girl laughing as I watched her make a sandwich before taking my order after 10 minutes. Great job guys.

Today I purchased 300 smile cookies and I was not able to collect the point on my Tim’s card seems odd that they don’t offer points on a purchase this big. Total bill 450.00

Ordered 2 medium French vanilla this a.m friendly staff and fast service BUT both tasted like hot water. Waste of money: (

Everytime we come through drive-thru, I ask for a Large Decaf black, very specific even tell them to make sure, and you guys keep messing the order up and giving original blend. When someone asks for Decaf, there's a reason for it, so you guys need to make sure you are reading the orders correctly.

The ladies that operate the drive thru are always a delight, personable, and always a pleasure to deal with. My favourite Tim's in Durham! (except they don't have strawberry jelly donuts/Timbits, but no one's perfect)

I love Tim Hortons having a coffee is a great way to meet your friends and family over a great coffee.
