Tim Hortons

I order decaf and specifically mention "NO MILK". The lady gives me a regular coffee WITH MILK.

I really hate that I had to stop here so I wouldn't freeze outside. Tim Hortons has the worst coffee I've ever tasted. I just wish they could at least get my order right. Thanks for nothing!

I find Tim's isn't the same as it once was. The coffee isn't great, and the cashier doesn't understand English, and they don't know the lingo like regular double double they ask 1 sugar 1 cream, and I have to make sure my order is correct before I leave

If you on rush it’s definitely wrong location. Such disrespectful to customers time. After waiting for 10 min 1 car ahead of me, she count double more my order, I had no time to wait until she count 2+2, to give me right amount change, I just left. She did even think to apologise. I understand that we all getting tired from work, but at the end of the day if you picked that job, do your best.

Alot better now with new management and staff! I had stopped going to this location for a long time (as well as many people in my office) due to the rude staff, and mishandled food but that has all changed now happily! I now go here often and never have any issues.
