This was my 2nd too good too go order from this location and get a great amount of food. Really enjoy timmies.

Besides the fact that it's near impossible to find a timmies open 24/7, at least a drive thru.this location closes at 10 pm. Dine in and drive thru. But my service was perfect. Had no complaints with timing customer service or food preparation! Great Job! Thanks

Ordered baked goods from Too good to Go app. Came to the counter to get my order. The lady was at first nice and asked what I would like to order. I told her that I was here to pick up my order for too good to go. Her attitude changed towards me and was rude afterwards. She through the box at me and said “here it is”. I told her that I also wanted to order something as well. She acted snobby and basically acted like I was inconveniencing her and that she didn’t want to take my order. Unbelievable bad Customer Service. I’m sorry if you had a rough shift, don’t take it on others. It’s unprofessional.

I ordered a medium iced capp and they gave me a small, I asked if I could get a medium and I would pay again but they said I couldn't when I've done it so many times there.this happens all the time and they can never get an order right when using the drive through.get better headsets or hire people with clean ears.

Ordered a mocha latte with whipped cream the night b4 and it didn't have any whipped cream in it. Ordered one today and it didn't taste like mocha latte. One of the workers was very aggressive. Not violent aggressive but I don't like people aggressive

The food is good but the service by the Indian girl was bad. They talked in a rude manner never going to comeback at this Tim Hortons. Please try other location.

I get food here semi regularly since I work around the area. They get my order wrong about 60% of the time. I literally order the same steeped tea and garlic pastry. I'll either get a coffee or the jalapeno pasty. Avoid at all costs

We have been coming here for 4-5 years now, for the first 3 ish years the service was ok. Like wasn’t great but it wasn't complain-able or enough to leave a bad review. But for some reason the last 2 years has been so terrible. Ive been served chicken noodle soup with noodles that looked inedible, eggshells in my breakfast sandwiches, my iced capp had coffee grinds put it in, and the last straw was my boyfriend legitimately got food poisoning from the food. Ive worked in fast food for about 5 years, so I know health and safety. You cant touch the cash registers and serve people food without washing your hands. Ive never seen staff wash their hands when going from cleaning to serving customers. The restaurant is always dirty, the staff don't care at all and give customers attitude all the time. (Not even just rude ones, like everyone). Like the amount of times theres been a long line out of the door, and they just ignore the customers and continue cleaning/moping or have more than 3 people on drive thru ignoring the frontline. There looks like there never a manager or supervisor present or at least someone with leadership skills to make sure the staff is doing what they are supposed to. I do hope a district manager sees this or someone that can fix this store.

TLDR: Worst Tim Horton’s in Ottawa, maybe even Ontario. Someone seriously should send a health inspector.

Worst location i have ever visited. Staff seem miserable or many items always out of stock.

Worst Tim Hortons within the area - coffee is never right & also was told there was no more “ice coffee” which is my usually order also was charged double for 2 breakfast wraps I had ordered but was only given one. Highly do not recommend.

Due to the lack of cleanliness in this location, I did not order anything. I was disappointed with the lack of effort put in to clean the women’s washroom and the doors of washroom and the entry doors. It wasn’t like they were busy or were short staffed, you could tell that it was not tended to for some time.

They maybe have 3 good employees, the rest are all arrogant and disrespectful.

If you want to sit in drivethru for 15 minutes without being able to order yet, this is the location for you.

Either needs all new employees or new management one of the two.

The only time this location pumps out orders is when the owner is working on site, as soon as the owner leaves it goes back to this pathetic rate of speed.it will make you want to never want to come back to this location again.

Every day I come here because the place is next to my house but I always get cold coffee which is not fresh unfortunately

All the time you need clean the tables when the customer they leave check the Washroom all the times this is very important for health issue this is the good future for people and business, All the times check the floor not clean, They didn't have enough employees to serve the customer

Plan an extra 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru. Horribly slow service with only 3 cars in front of me with minimal order items. Maybe if the employees stopped vaping out the back door, they'd get the line up squared up quicker. Yeah. Kinda looks bad when puffs of vape are flowing out the back door. Ajar just enough to blow it out but hide the employee.
