Tim Hortons

Asked for two bagels with herb and garlic cream cheese. As soon as I get home to look at my bagels, I find them burnt with no cream cheese on them. I go back, and I tell them. They give me two new ones and when I get home and look at them, there is barely any cream cheese on them and a little burnt on the sides.

Typically this is one of the "faster" Tim's. The service is also consistently friendly and nice.

This Timmies is a hit and a miss. I would say every other time I visit they don't have something we want. So we end up going to holiday inn drive Tim Hortons instead

Tim Hortons prioritizes drive thru over web and walk-in orders.
Just watched them push aside my food to make a drive thru order that was taken 10 minutes after mine.

I absolutely love the dessert and drink options at Tim Hortons! Their donuts are always fresh and delicious, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The iced coffee and specialty drinks are a perfect treat, especially during warmer months. The consistency and quality of their desserts and beverages keep me coming back for more. It's a delightful place to satisfy my sweet cravings and enjoy a refreshing drink.

They don't have honey for tea or sell the yogurt and berries for breakfast. Disappointing as I'm wheat free and it's a chain. It should be the same across the province at least

Pretty good location and food. There is a pretty long drive through queue line which often overflows in the morning (pretty typical for any Tim Hortons). Drive through is usually pretty quick, but if it gets really busy, it's hard to get a close parking spot because the drive throigh traffic blocks the close parking spots.

This isn't necessarily the restaurants fault, just the layout of the shopping complex.

Worst Tim hortons in the city. Anytime after 8pm and they have no pastries or baked goods at all. Like your a coffee shop.open 24hrs…. Yet you have nothing but coffee after 8pm. Good job…

Not very pleased with this location, drive through has one car in it and it took staff 7 minutes to take my order in store, I also asked for extra sauce and jalapeños in my farmers wrap. Only one wrap actually had any sauce on it and the jalapeños costed $1.00 for 2 wraps yet they only gave me three pieces on each!? I can buy a full jar for 3 dollars, normally any timmies I go to puts at least double that in the wrap and doesn’t charge me a cent. I’ll stick with the location on Townline from here on out.

This is the only tim that make sure they gave you what you ordered, they always make sure to put extra cream and cane syrup in my coffee whenever I go there. Other places they don't even care.

Went through the Drive Thru on Tuesday April 19th and was greeted and served by Mandeep. She was pleasant, engaging and informative.

I came through drive thru and ordered an everything bagel with butter but I ended up getting a bagel BELT.and then I had to bring it back to the store front and explain it to them. It took them another 15 minutes to make my bagel. Just make sure the orders are checked at the window before handing it out. Thank you!
