Please train ur student employees properly they have no customer service skills nor do they have any manners and sitting trying to enjoy a coffee and listening to them talking in there language out loud isvery disturbing

Too bad I can’t leave 0 stars this location is amongst the worst for lack of good customer service and equipment not working it’s a joke. Today Espresso machine is down as well if I come in to pay and using the TimsApp most of the time the scanner to scan so I may gain bonus points doesn’t work. McDonald’s has a WAY better set up.

The donuts are just not as fresh anymore.staff member was not friendly, also not a good atmosphere vibe.

This location is the worst location in the city!
The staff are mostly miserable but the people they have to deal with on a regular basis are very challenging, so I empathize.
The atmosphere is not what I would like to be a part of; mostly homeless or addicted locals take over inside and outside and are as loud and as obnoxious as they please and there is little the staff can do without causing a scene (witnessed this multiple times).
Their food is rarely fresh and don’t even try the wedges because they are constantly burnt or the last of the batch.
They also get a huge line and take unbelievably long to get through it.
The staff also puts someone nearly inexperienced on drive thru, so this location seems to be without a manager or have really terrible management.
Avoid this location at all costs.

Where do I start. Walked in on 3 different visits, each time stood there for 10 minutes with out being helped. I really wish this was not the case. They care only about the drive thru and not about the customer that comes in the establishment. Unless of course you're a drug addict which there is at least 5 of them hanging out on any given day. Dont go here unless you have 15 minutes to wait before being served.

This store could do better with staff enthusiasm. The staff always seems like they are miserable

Pretty cheap compared to other donut places but there were literal flies around and on the pastries on display.so yeah.

What a difference from Tim Horton's in Niagara falls, I had given up on Tim's in Toronto.

Ordered a croissant. I'm disgusted. Why as soon as I take a bite I see a hair.it's burnt as well.

It was Sunday morning and super busy they made the Ewing coffees but I spoke with a manager last week. His name was Rob G and he was great enough to fix the coffees for us again which I thought was absolutely wonderful completely polite, so helpful, so wonderful. Such a great location. Thanks, Rob.

As an American, I didn’t know what to expect. It was like a Dunkin Mets Starbucks. The coffee was very good but the food was meh.

This is the worst tims I've ever been at. The staff is rude, can't make coffee, slow, and did I mention rude.
I will never go there again.

Visited store today and waited for 5 mins in the line because the girl at the front was the only one, acceptable.
But her attitude OMG, like really is that the way you guys treat customers.
I worked in Burger King too but never spoken to customer like this. When I showed her my coupon to redem she was so rude to it, I asked for speciality drinks she litteraly told me to look at the screen, and like its right there. I mean you could walk me through because I wanted to redem the coupon.
Overall worst experience with the Team-member (I know the name but don't wanna mention it) She should learn some politeness and if not ready to learn give the position to someone deserving.

The employee behaviour was miserable, she was shouting the order details to let her other employee know, she was sing songs loudly and stated talking about her love life, I took French vanilla and it was so bad so bad I can’t even explain it.

I had been to this location on June 17,2023, and ordered 2 milk cartons and hot water.

There was some confusion on their end, and they had accidentally marked my order as fulfilled even though I nor anyone else picked up this or a similar order.

I had waited till after 3-4 orders past my order number before I reached out. The lady checked the system and I was told I had already picked up my order! I was also asked why didn't come up early. As if it was my mistake to give them time to fulfill orders. She refused to give me my order and kept iterating that it was already picked up. They didn't budge until I asked them to check the video surveillance to confirm my side of the story.

It's a sad affair that the staff had no trust. Mistakes happen when in a rush, just own it and keep fulfilling orders!

Horrible customer, experience, the food tasted expired. Cockroaches in the store its unsanitary. Restaurant should be shut down until further notice and only re-open if approved!

The lady who took my order got it back wards. The result, my 13 year old only had half his breakfast.
