Horrible service, staff was too rude, In drive through i forget to give order before because i was new to this area, later on i come to the window i told them to take my order now they refused to take.is this your service? You treat your customers like this? Too bad staff ridiculous staff even though it wasn’t busy just mine car shame on you guys seriously

The lady behind the counter did not pay attention to the money I gave her and incorrectly gave me the wrong change. I tried to dispute it but just shut it down because I did not need the attitude that I received on the matter. Best just never go back.

Staff needs more training. I ordered an iced latte and they gave me an iced coffee. They are not the same even after I told their employee. It’s made differently and there’s a price difference.

Very poor customer service and the order always something wrong with it, the coffee cold.
Drive through disaster, they gave me cold and burned food.

Employee unprofessional at drive thru. Slow service. I do not recommend going to the Tim Hortons on Appleby and Dundas

If you go through the drive thru the service and pace is slow.
If you go in the store you might not have anyone who will take your order for around 5 minutes. Management of this store needs to improve.

The workers in this place are having party.
Screaming across the floor, calling each other by name. Loud and obnoxious. Not a decent environment to take family.

I am writing this review after facing this problem like more than 10 times in a month. Its such a horrible experience that whenever i go the Tim's around 5-6 and ask for bagel or wrap, they never have it. Sometimes they are out of chicken or sometimes other ingredients. What is the point of opening the Tim till late if you are not checking the availability of your items. What kind of service is this!? Really disappointing every single time. So please work on fulfilling customers requirements all the time anyhow.

Worst Tim service I have ever seen selling old food nd not even accepting their mistakes… staff don’t know how to talk how to solve the problem.god knows how that girl got hired.instead of listening to problem bd saying sorry… she was yelling nd just said ok bye slammed the phone … is this way to talk to customer… when I said m not gonna come back anymore to this loc she said do wtever u want…. It’s 4th time the hashbrown was hard like stone not 1 or 2 time… …. Creepy shit… hats off to this pathetic service… keep it up girl.

This location 's service is terrible. On 7th Nov 2022,6.30 pm I olaced a Drive thru order of xtra large coffee, 2 M, 1S and a small FV. The full order did not come up on screen yet was told to drive up. The boy gives me small cup and goes away. When I stayed he started laughing at me as I asked him yo repeat my order. Takes the small cup back. Aftet some times gives me xtra large and a small cup saying it is a FV. I go home and find both the coffes were wrong and the FV was not FV but the same cup was pushed thru. Cheaters. I go back from my home, again the mistake of 2 creams and not milk. Worst was the boy was laughing and ridiculing me for noy accepting whatever he gave! Just terribly shocking
