Tim Hortons

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Orangeville. I ordered potato wedges, but unfortunately, they were made from rotten potatoes and seemed to be just half slices of oversized potatoes. This not only affected the taste but left me questioning the quality standards.

Adding to the frustration, the customer service was far from satisfactory. The elderly lady at the drive-thru displayed a concerning level of attitude, which was both surprising and disappointing. What made matters worse was her apparent racism. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially in a place that's expected to provide a welcoming environment.

Even when I tried to address the issue with the manager, there was no acknowledgment of the poor service or any attempt to rectify the situation. The overall experience left me with a mix of anger and sadness, emotions I certainly didn't expect to associate with Tim Hortons.

I hope Tim Hortons takes steps to address these issues and ensures a more positive and inclusive experience for all customers in the future.

Christmas time and the staff are young kids only. Working so slow, latte served cold, i could see them walking over spilled coffee/tea. I barely took a sip and rest wasted money. The supervior of this place needs to step in. Terrible experience

I am a regular customer to that tim. Most Of the time food items taste worst not in good texture. Waste of money

Just got a wrap that had 2 small pieces of chicken in it, one of then burnt/crispy. Had to wipe down the greasy package and re wrap it just to try and enjoy it. Do yourself a favour and skip this Timmies. Drive 20 minutes out of town, all these ones are run by the same guy and he doesn't care about the quality

I would think a bacon farmers wrap would be pretty standard for your staff to make, except today I get sausage, last time no sauce at all.this is your job.we are paying customers who expect to get the right order when they order it!

disappointing to sit in drivethru for a bagel with cream cheese just to get the wrong bagel burnt all the way around the edges with just butter, last week I sat in drivethru ordered a farmers wrap, got to the window paid for my order waited for my wrap just for the cashier to come up and say they had no eggs. 830 in the morning no eggs?

We got a skip and they didn’t have food we ordered so I called and they said they made a request to skip but they didn’t give us money back or anything in return and the lady on the phone was rude telling me I had to come in the store and hung up on me

Absolute terrible service they are in such a rush to get you out the drive thru they mess your order up then act rude when you walk in tell them asking for your order to be made correct…… can’t even spread cream cheese properly

My friends and I stopped by this Tims on the way home and ordered some iced capps, and it was by far the worst ice capp I've ever had. The cup was not full, and instead of the classic creamy/slushy texture, it was just a straight liquid. There was also coffee spilled all over the top of the cup and dripping down the sides. I have to say, my expectations were already pretty low (it's an iced capp, how hard could it be?), but somehow this Tims couldn't even reach that.

Washrooms are always dirty if u go anytime.employees do not care about cleaning of the restaurant

Best Tim Hortons I've been to. My bagel actually had a fair amount of cream cheese. Usually it's a dry bagel w/ the cream cheese scrapped off. Need a Tims like this in Barrie. You're 2-0, keep up the good work.
