The staff is always willing to help and they keep this store very clean. That is what I like most about this store.

This is only Tim’s I’ve been to where every drink is consistently subpar, always tasting diluted or off.

8 employees are working but no one is available at the customer desk.we asked to someone take our order answer is skip to one to another person spend almost 20 minutes to get our coffee

Is this extra ice? I can literally count the ice cubes in there. If you just want to start charging for ice -go ahead if that will get you to up your customer service.

Never go into the drive thru here. It will make you late for any plans you have that day, and you'll be trapped and can't even leave. Legit took 20min in this drive thru on two separate occasions, never went again. Ordering from the app and picking up inside helps avoid that problem, but then you can't rely on a drive thru when needed. Food quality is okay, so they get 4 stars. Service could be a little less rude too.

Edit 1 year later: they have since renovated the drive thru and it is now one of the fastest. And employees are nice too. Well done

Morning staff are great, afternoon staff is lazy and careless.constantly getting orders wrong.being rude.with no care in the world.

I had the worst encounter of my life at this place. An older lady who works there was very rude to me for no reason. As soon as I walked in, she already had an attitude. I am not sure why, but she wasn't like that with the other customers. It almost felt like it may be the color of my skin that she's uncomfortable with. I have never experienced such hate and rudeness.

Almost always slow slow service. Catering to mobile orders over in restaurant guests, so guests get stuck waiting to be served watching the staff fulfill mobile orders.

Sharing a great service review, I don't often have issues with orders and really enjoy the smiling faces. Management at this location is great and takes the time to work with staff when a custom request is made. So glad this Timmies is close by!
