Tim Hortons

Terrible experience at this location. I ordered a dark roast 3 cream. I was in a rush so I grabbed my coffee and went to work. I took a sip of it at work and was disgusted by the taste. I got a black coffee with 3 sugar! I threw it out. By the time I finished work the store was already closed so I couldn't tell them about it. I just wasted over $2 for a coffee that I threw out after the first sip. You're doing great Tim Hortons!

Staff are nice enough but the condition of the store is horrible. EVERY SEAT is ripped up and soiled. Never seen such a dirty Tim Hortons in my life.

Bought a dry bagel with peanut butter and jam on the side. There was NO knife, NO napkin in the bag.

The staff are always friendly, however, twice within two weeks this location has ran out of French Vanilla powder. This makes for a bad start to my day as there are no other locations on my route and I have already waited in the line. The inventory control needs work as this is unacceptable.

Delivery driver please stop cutting trays in half it is very unstable one beverage tip over.

Would not let me use my own cup. Trying to reduce single used plastics even if it's just a cup is basic. Another Tim Hortons let's me do it so I won't return to this location.

One of the worst locations ever, the manager is really not treating people with respect, she us really not professional.

Line was a bit long this morning but it's Sunday so yeah, coffee was wonderful just what I needed for a chilly morning

I think it would be a good idea for the owner of this store to do random visits thru the drive thru to see just how bad the customer service really is. Particularly at night.

Went to this store for a coffee and cookies
Didn't know the name of the cookies and asked a lady around her 40s for a cookie showing the cookie but she got mad and said that has name and refused to serve and other lady served me
So rude and ignorant

One of my favorite it's like cheers from the 80's the staff know me an have my drink ready when I get to the counter partly because I get the same thing everyday any how jokes aside this location is on point with your order, additude and the place is clean! That's my 2 cents worth folks on to the next review if you like my reviews hit the follow button be interesting to see how many people will follow my reviews

I am shocked by the condition of the hall! This is disrespectful to the customer. The atmosphere is not for a cup of coffee

Customer Service is okay, no clear explanation when customer is confused. Come here twice and coffee were both chilled down/not hot at all

Wow, Between the laughing in the back and the front staff not taking orders for 30 mins we waited. Do not recommend this location if your passing by the area. & the one guy working front don’t look sober either. He was doing anything but taking orders. Than when he finally did take our order his eyes were pretty much closed. Okay just to make note we were first in like while this wait time happened

Rude!

The lady working at the drive thru window this afternoon had an attitude for a tray! Those trays were just sitting right next to her, it was not that she got to run way to the back or something. This is how Tim trains their staff?

I always go here in the mornings before work for a steeped tea, the staff is friendly and always welcoming.

Extremely rude and unsupportive staff. Whrn u order iced coffee without ice, they are supposed to fill it up the level shown in the cup for coffee. But they put very less coffee.waste of money

This is a beautiful Tim Hortons, although I had an ice coffee and did not eat, the service was great.
