Drive thru experience was awful here. Employee at the box didn't listen even when we said the same thing several times, second employee at the window didn't listen either even when we triple checked what was being handed over. Can't possibly rate this location highly when two mistakes were made in a 3 item order. I was curious why there was another Tim's so close to this one with a longer line. I'm not curious anymore

This is the slowest drive thru, and you cannot go in to avoid the drive thru. This is because they have no staff in the morning Between the times I have attended 5: 00am and 5: 45am. I no longer go there if there is a line up more than 6 cars. This location needs a management intervention.
Update: I have not been to this location in a while, however, went this morning and waited. Probably about a half hour for about five cars. This location is terrible. Management is terrible for what little staff they have. I’m surprised they don’t quit because obviously they don’t get the support of management or corporate. It’s very sad that this prime location is so bad. I would avoid this location at all costs. There are other locations along the 407 Corredor that are a little further away, but so much faster.

Filthy and disgusting toilets. To think food is prepared at this location turns my stomach. This s**t stain has been on this toilet for months!

Very disappointed in my most recent experience today. I went through the drive through repeated my order multiple times and ended up receiving everything wrong. Asked for iced Capp made with milk was made with cream, asked for no mayo on my BLT sub ranch sauce received no sauce. Realized the BLT had no sauce asked for it to be fixed received no apology just threw the sandwich in my face at this point didn’t even ask for the ice Capp To be fixed. The rate prices are increasing and the lack of care for customer satisfaction is extremely disappointing. What’s the point in placing an order if nothing can be done right. Unacceptable!

Wish they would put as much attention on the walk in as they do drive thru. Forget using mobile, it's never been ready or even started in my attempts to try and use it. They are not at all good as processing your mobile. Jist use the drive thru.

Pulled up at 8pm and asked for the new chipotle steak wrap; “we’re all out”. So I asked for a Turkey Bacon club; “we’re out of buns, I could do it on a bagel”, fine I’ll take that. Can I get some wedges; “we’re out”; ok then 20 timbits; “we’re out”. Fine, then just the bagel sandwich. Pull up to the window; “we’re out of bacon, is that ok”; I ask is there a discount. They take off a dollar. Totally worth the disappointment of a hungry customer. If you’re not going to have food available and have a digital sign…maybe have a limited menu after a certain time. When I left I found my bagel sandwich was more mayo than anything else. Not impressed.

They screw up the order as much as all the Tims, which is pretty much all the time, but it's so pathetic that by 8pm they have no donuts left. I think the baker is done at 4pm and that's that. I try to avoid going here now and I'm local.

I truly don’t understand why people that are unable to understand or speak English get hired…employee got frustrated and swore at me in Hindi before storming off without giving me my order even though I already paid…

If I could give a 5 star to the girls working alone today I would. Numerous times this TimHortons has shown TERRIBLE ownership/ management. There was only two employees working and I often find there is far too little people working. It is a safety hazard as what happens if one employee has to go to the washroom, the other is alone. I really hope the treatment toward employees improves. They have always done a fantastic job.

I don't know what it is about Tim Hortons, but lately none of the staff know how to make a normal cappuccino, I've had many mostly horrible attempts, and have resorted to ordering the vanilla coconut as I assume there is a cheat sheet. The bacon cheese melts are also terrible as they barely see the grill or whatever they use, so cold bacon and unmelted cheese. Very disappointing. Have resorted to Starbucks and I really hate going there due to their politics.
Also all staff are on the drive through which I understand but have more than one person in the store front as they are run ragged and spend most if their time apologizing for things beyond their control.

The manger is very rude they always mess up orders the staff are ignorant and rude this place is nothing but problems i refuse to support a franchise company like this

One cashier for walk in customers. I have a 15min break, and waited as long as I could and still hadn't got to cash. Let without being served.

This tims is a absolute joke, does not matter what time of day you go you’ll be in the drive thru for minimum 15 minutes

A busy location, both the drive-through and the dine-in. I think they need to hire more to be faster!

One of the dirtiest Timmies I have ever seen. Doors and windows covered with finger prints and who knows what. Bathrooms had caked dirt all over floor and stalls. Closes at 11 p.m but st 8 p.m had nothing on shelves to eat. (maybe 5 items!)
