Good for drive thru but in store service can be painfully slow. Decent food - standard Tim's. Also toast the English muffins more!

If you like burnt bagels with almost no cream cheese, come here! The coffee was good. The bagel was awful and the cream cheese was almost non-existent. I see another customer before me has left a review about the invisible cream cheese as well. Won't be ordering here again.

My wife wanted to pick up a standard double double coffee and a non sweet tea for herself. Did not go exactly as asked for once we received our order. Easy to get into location while entering Nepean west but they need to work on understanding what the customer is ordering when repeated 3 or more times politely. May need a picture board in the other language to point out the item to purchase.

Poor service and food quality ever on a Tim Hortons. This franchise is nothing but ruining one of the best coffee shops goodwill….

This is most definitely the WORST Tim Horton's I've been to. Service, drive-thru and in store, is painfully slow. Not uncommon to sit in the drive-thru for 20 + minutes (not during peak hours). Worth the drive to a close by Barrhaven or Kanata Tim's before going to this one.

Worst timmies in eastern Ontario, guaranteed 8-10mins in the drive thru if there’s more than 5/6cars. They’re rude and can barely speak English.

Definitely the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in my life. Especially first thing around 5: 30am. If you live in Richmond and want just a coffee before work you better show up extra early because you’re waiting an inconvenient amount of time, I myself have waited in the line up for 18 minutes and 16 minutes two separate times in one week. Just to get a coffee. It absolutely blows my mind and I don’t think the staff that’s running drive through in the morning could be bothered if they are efficient or not. No one should be waiting in a drive through line up more than 5-10 minutes.

Clean inside, friendly staff and the usual so-so Timmies fare. The unique thing about the drive-through is that they always forget at least one item.we make a game out of it.

If you're looking for the worst Tim Hortons experience available look no further! You've come to the right place. Don't be mistaken, although they've made you repeat your order 9 times now AND repeated it back to you - IT WILL STILL BE INCORRECT.

Want burnt coffee and curdled cream? ! This is the place to go. Want stale donuts and bagels? Stop the search, you've found the spot.

Want service quality less than a highschool cafeteria? ! Richmond Tim Hortons has just that.

Just save your money and go through their dumpster same quality and at the very least, you'll get what you wanted.

How about NO scented hand cream. Every time I get a coffee or whatever the bag always smells like febreeze. Am I the only one?

This was such a disappointing experience for a Tim Hortons. It's so misleading! The decor is nice and it all looks very modern, it's accessible and there were high chairs. But it hides a secret, bad food and disengaged staff.

We went in for wraps and drinks. It took over 22 min to get out food. There were three staff standing around not doing anything. The food we received was dry, missing components and tasted "old". The hot chocolate was watery and the coffee was definitely older than 20min.

I will find an alternative restaurant next time I'm in town.

PS. I get they all deserve a break but maybe not scheduling 75% of the staff for a break at the same time at 6pm would be better for customer service experience and easier on the staff themselves that have to work so much harder to get things done. It felt more like participating in a hazing then a restaurant.

For walk-in customers, extremely slow service and they have now designed it so you can't see that they have all the staff working on drive-thru and that staff can't see is the girl at the walk-in counter needs help. If Tim Hortons doesn't want walk-in customers, then why bother having that service offered! Steeped Tea is weak as usual.

To be fair, I had low expectations to start off. Can't expect much from Tim Hortons in general - they're a low-quality franchise that relies on misplaced customer loyalty and nostalgia for when they were actually decent decades ago. But this location was awful. Spent almost half an hour in the drive through for them to get my coffee order wrong. Also got the most pathetic smear of cream cheese I've ever seen on a lukewarm bagel. I'm not surprised. Just disappointed.

Brand new renovation, can already attest to the poor quality of the work. Hopefully corporate gets these guys back to do a proper job.

Location is filthy. Also, why is there Indian music playing on the Tim Hortons speakers? I’m middle eastern and I wouldn’t want my ethnic music playing on the speakers. This is a Canadian company. What on earth is going on?

I like the current management, the new girl is getting a handle on everything and I look forward to saying hi at the drive through window. Half the time I want to scream at the ignorant impatient people who yell at her and everyone on the speaker behind me. If you can't understand what someone is saying when they speak the queen's English, maybe don't take it out on the person whilst stuffing your face and being difficult to hear, let alone understand. Be kind and be greeted warmly! I make time to get French Vanilla and the workers are kind and smiling. If they're not smiling for you, be nicer?

Went to Tim Hortons yesterday morning with family. We went threw the drive threw and asked what we wanted half way threw the order the person leaves the speaker so we had to drive up. Once at the window we ask if they got our order right was ignore and was if we order an item that was wrong we said no and gave the right order but had ignored half that order again going in and out of the window not listening to us. I would understand if it was busy but when we went it was very quiet and they didn’t seem to want listen to us place or order and was more worried about things going on in the store then getting orders right and listening to the customers. Once my family got their food and wasn’t even done well. Eggs were soggy and coffee was mostly milk. Usually when we go there it is fine but yesterday was not a great experience
