Typical tims. Deive through is a hit and miss which is typical to this location but on the plus side, they have improved a bit over the last year

We asked for a ice coffee with half the amount of cream
They handed us an ice coffee that looked like it was double the amount of creme
We asked for a new one
The lady took it and brought back what looked like the exact same one and laughed in our faces
This made my girlfriend break down crying
I know it's not timmies fault that we had a hard day but laughing at customer is never ok.

Staff act like they dont want to be there.when an order is messed up they blame u.not a great experience: (

Updated review since Scott and Lisa took over. Faster service and way friendlier staff! Owners are often seen there working themselves! So happy these two lovely owners value their customers!

Even as Tim Horton's goes, this is one of the worst I've experienced. It doesn't matter whether you go through the drive-thru or inside, you'll always end up waiting forever because this location doesn't have enough staff and they're completely disorganized. Some of them are very nice, others are rude and apathetic.

You'll place an order at the drive-thru, wait for 5-10 minutes to reach the window in some cases and your order prep won't even have been started. You'll place an in-store pickup order on the app, saying you'll be there in 15 minutes and when you arrive, no one's even realized the order was placed. This is assuming they even hand you your full order. I once ordered a tea and a sandwich and after waiting like 3 minutes at the window, the staffer handed me my tea with no sandwich and then turned around and walked away. When they finally came back, I asked where my sandwich was and they got flustered, had to find my order again and then it took almost another 5 minutes to get the food.

On top of this, they often won't have items the app says they do have and they never tell you this until you get to the window or the counter. The inside is often dirty and doesn't appear very well kept.

I believe there are some staffers at this location who are trying their best and I try to be empathic to those people. However, there are others who clearly just don't care. At the end of the day, it comes down to the management of this store, which is clearly not handling things well.

This town desperately needs a McDonald's or some other value priced competition. It feels like the management of this location knows they don't have any competition and is exploiting that fact.

I wish the grill wouldn't be turned off 2 hours before closing. Does it really take 2 whole hours to clean it? Some people eat after 8 pm. But not at this place.

I have lots of points I want to use. Always a hassle. My app is set for using points on baked goods. I have paid full price for muffins & donuts.

One of the worst establishments, highly recommend taking the extra time and choosing a different town if it's coffee and donuts you crave. Almonte please do something about your tim Hortons.
