It was the same girl that Diana posted in picture. I was in drive thru around 5: 30pm, she is the one who took the order and cashed out. When I came to window I saw her using phone plus just now I saw my account where I was charged 15 dollars just for medium cold brew! So bad customers service. I will never come back again.

Get rid of you poor quality staff. Please main Canadian culture and language. Giving employment and cutting cost is fine, but maintaining a dignified atmosphere and good services is also your responsibility.

Very very bad customer service. The girl working on drive through soo rude illiterate. She don’t know the customer service. I don’t know why Tim Horton hire that kind of people who don’t know the customer service. Bad food. Bad coffe. Never ever go back. -0 customer service. I don’t know name of girl. But very rude.

Worst customer service ever! Stood there for more than 15 minutes around 9am to give the order. Extremely poor management there’s no doubt. If they know the busy hours why can’t they simply have two servers for walk ins and avoid bottleneck? Extremely slow pace work environment and there’s no sense of urgency in some of the workers at all.

Hello. I'm a good Tim Hortons customer. I come to this branch often (I won't stop by anymore). Last time I paid $16, I bought a mixed Tim bit and donut. They didn't give me a cardboard box even though I asked twice. They could be more polite to the customer

Very long wait in drive thru, just to get one order of coffee. The wait was over 15 minutes. Do not recommend this coffee location if you are in a rush or have somewhere to go.

Worst experience ever. We are from 2 hours away. We were stuck in the drive thru for at least half an hour. 2 workers on shift. They would take an order at the speaker, take forever to prepare that order and not take the next order until the first order was completed. Absolutely no proper customer service or friendliness when we finally did reach the window. Ordered 2 tea and 2 hot chocolate and they couldn't even make the tea properly or stir them. I will never be back!

I visit this place twice a week (Monday and Wednesday), the garbage is always full never emptied. Table never cleaned, has bread crumbs or left over. This time the men bathroom was out of soap. Disappointing for big franchise like this. The chairs near fireplace are ripped.

What is wrong with your coffee? Not just this location but in Maple area? Taste like water and it's been two weeks going on.

They don’t wanna serve the people lining up inside. Waited and waited, they didn’t serve a single soul in the shop.all they do is serving the drive through. Left with no coffee.

Very bad service not fresh coffee most the time I usually purchase 2 or 3 times daily rude staff my mobile order always late.

Thugee the male customer service person at the window today June 6 2023 at 7: 27 pm was courteous and friendly and well spoken. Truly a remarkable difference

Male server was extremely rude even yelled at me. I asked a simple question about the menu and he was ignorant the way he answered. Should not serve the public.

Only their coffee is not good enough on testing but the customer's treatment is wonderful, all we need a good coffee please I am a good coffee drinker since I was 10 years old & I know how good coffee smell before even I drink

They don't understand service. They charge $2 for a bagel and $1 for cream cheese. They hardly put any cream cheese on the bagel so ur just eating a bagel. Very bad service, always finds ways to cheat customers.

They don’t ask to can points card they scan their own points card to collect points. Salute them

Got this ice cap yesterday. Thought I'll give it a benefit of a doubt, maybe just not mixed well. Nope.tasted awful too. Bad cream indeed. Wish staff was trained to note these things before handing off to patrons.nvm checking your dairy products periodically.

Situated on a very busy street, good for drive thru, dining in, I will not recommend.

I waited for my order for 5 minutes, and I was told to bring it to me when ready. I have to follow up, and my coffee is already cold! Apparently, my order is sitting there without letting me know.

Also, there is a person inside the establishment begging each and every customer for money (of course, including me 3x). Never like it!
