It should be that no one can video record anyone for any reason because its the law if I have to so should everyone else

This is the worst Tim Hortons never go here horrible service 10/10 wouldn't recommend

All the breakfast wraps were in the same bag and not labeled so we got all of them mixed up. The staff was friendly.

Constantly behind on making food. I usually see half a dozen people waiting for the rest of their order when I arrive. I've waited upwards of 10 minutes for just a bagel with cream cheese

There was a grumpy old lady in their staff who was impatient and very rude. She kept interrupting and tried to be bossy and rude while we were asking the girl at the register some questions about what we planned to order. The old lady even got so impatient and bitter that she started to hurry us up saying there were a lot of people in the line already waiting. When we turned back, there was only one other person waiting in the line who was just walking in. This old lady seemed so bossy that the frustration seemed to show on other girls' faces working there. Not an ideal environment to work for those poor girls with this grumpy old lady working with them. I am never going back to this Tim Hortons location.

Stopped here on my way to Toronto and had an iced latte (my favourite from Tim Horton’s) and a classic cream cheese bagel. The coffee was great as always, as well as the bagel.
Nevertheless, the service is extremely slow even if there are 5-6 people working there, cannot understand why.

I was not impressed with the tomato and lettuce on the BLT as well as not much bacon. I asked for it to be toasted and it was barely toasted I had a 1/3 of it and passed it to my husband. I will not eat what I do not like. Thank goodness for my husband.
