Tim Hortons

Every time I go to this location something is wrong. Whether it’s getting a black coffee when I ordered a regular or then taking 20 minutes for a mobile order of two items or getting the wrong breakfast sandwich or just the coffee tasting burnt and old. I live in this building so it’s the most convenient location, but I will go out of my way to another one just be sure I get what I ordered and that it actually tastes good. Very disappointing experience every time.

One of my best Lattes, I have ever had. Diya is a true artist when it comes to coffee. She took the time to make it according to my preferences and crafted a latte that was perfectly what I described.

I live upstairs and the only thing this Tim's is good for is convenience. Service takes forever to get served here. Even when they have lots of staff on floor, they look like they're talking or doing other things that don't require serving their customers first. Mobile ordering is hit and miss most days. They don't always have it ready even ordering 10-15 minutes in advance. Also, don't bother ordering hot food after 8pm as they're already starting to close even though closing time is 10pm. When you do get served, service is good and friendly.

Ordered a tea and a croissant, stood there for 10-15 minutes while the 2 staff members were chilling, talking, watched them make 2 orders taken after mine.
Left without the food.
Not the first time, didnt seem like they cared anyway.

Shruti at this location is a gem of a team member and I hope management knows this. I have had iced coffee regularly throughout the year for over 10 years but this is the first time a tim horton's employee has noticed that it was exceptionally cold out for april and offered to not add ice as well as add a sleeve to the cup to make it more comfortable for me. I felt I received personalized attention at a tim hortons which is an oxymoron.

Don't bother to mobile order here. None of the staff care to make them. It will literally take longer than if you just waited in line.

This location in particular struggles with food safety.
Their garbage can is kept in front of the line where they work on food. I've watched them touch the pail and adjust the bag and directly work with food without gloves or washing hands.
The kitchen floor is littered with trash.
The counters were food is prepped is visibly soiled.

I'm disgusted. I won't be returning.

I ordered two Farmers wraps, with no chipotle sauce, and all I got was two Farmers wraps with more Chipotle then they would ever give anywhere else. This is not recommended.

Edit: second day of giving me a wrong order.

Pros: convenient and close to lake so take your coffee and enjoy the view.

Cons: No dining so pick up or order

Basic and very busy which is fine but then make sure you have enough staff and the working infrastructure to speed up transactions; took staff 5 minutes to process my payment due to their scanner being dodgy and pretty sure my black americano was just basic filter coffee. Of course I paid double the price! Monopolies at their finest!

This is a bad TH like all those reviews written about this location. There is always a line up because their staffs are serving customers very slow for no reason. At least they gave me the change back not like many other TH stores.

Worst branch I have ever been to, it is unfortunately under the building I live in. I tell myself to never go in it and yet when I give it a chance I am reminded everytime not to go back! Incompetent staff, terribly prepared food, my order is constantly wrong. It is truly a different world in there, avoid at all cost! It’s not worth it.

The sandwich I had here was as big and hard as a cinderblock, so if ever you needed to prop up the four corners of a car nearby, in order to steal the wheels, Tim Hortons has you covered!

Update: I have responded to the generic Tim Hortons response to negative feedback below. I will post another update if they actually respond back and make things right. If there is no update from me, assume that Tim Hortons did not address my issue further then the generic response below.

Absolutely pathetic customer service! The server named Arpan was rude, impatient and unprofessional. She overfilled my ice capp and gave me a sleeve with no apologies / regret. She refused to scan my tim rewards card properly. I will never recommend this outlet to anyone!

The people who work there forgot to give me sugar and forgot to give me Timbits. Be attentive
