There are 3 employees always grouping and chit chatting. Even when customers come in, they will ignore and continue their conversation.
None of them do anything, a full recoaching and rehire is necessary for this location.
There’s a place for fun and a fun work environment, but when it’s work time, work.
I truly feel bad for the owner as it looks like they have trouble hiring. Most of their workers are lazy think they own the shop, realistically they are workers.
There are 3 Tim Hortons near by, I will take my business elsewhere, don’t mind the 2 min walk.
It’s a shame that my office is near by.

Today, at 7am, I ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot of Espresso. You gave me warm milk after making me wait for 15min! I want my money back. It's always something with this place
