Very inpatient service.the lady had bad attitude and wrong order.i ordered egg and bacon crossoit ， there is egg no bacon.coffee with double cream， they provide me double double

Worst service. They don’t open the store on time as It should be open at 5 am but was still closed at 5: 30 am. I was able to see staff inside but they didn’t open the door as it was locked.

Every time wrong order.
How hard is that to punch in order and make a sandwich based on written order on the screen?
You can’t manage a farmers wrap with mayonnaise and large coffee with 2 milk, then I don’t know what to say.
I got charged for extra sausage and egg and got a regular wrap.

The worst customer service I have ever seen
When they gave the wrong order, they argue with the customer and do not change the order
Management and employees are very rude and this location is not recommended to anyone
It is interesting that the majority of people are dissatisfied with this location and give negative ratings, but this location is still working and they do not make any positive changes here.

This Tim's is doing its best to end the stigma around Gas Station Tim Horton's. The timbits rival timbits from any location, and certainly exceed expectations. This goes without saying, but the quality of timbits blows a Spruce timbit out of the water.

The 5-star rating is also supported by being linked with the Esso gas station that always has the cheapest gas prices in the GTA. What you save on gas can be spent on a coffee and donut without guilt.

Been a while since I've been here, and my goodness have we fell off the cliff. A bigger collapse than a Leafs 3rd period against Boston. Like a 2 x 4 upside the head. A transport trailer off a cliff.
I found out that staff can't count. Got a 10 pack of timbits with 9 timbits in it. My first ever 9-pack. Pathetic.

I was just there at 2: 20 pm Sunday February 12 to be exact. A Filipino staff Duday is her name that was she told me, raised her voice at me when I just repeated my orders. She raised her voice while speaking Tagalong language. I told her how rude she is for treating me the way she did.

Is this how customer service runs at Tim Horton, I was calmly giving her my order and when I repeated to her she raised her voice.

I deal with public everyday with stress but I never raised and cursed to these people who came to get their service.

Lastly I ordered for Medium dark roast regular, she made a double dark roast instead of Medium.

Very disappointing.

This kind of attitude should not be tolerated. Very unacceptable.

Came here at 5: 02 am the baker tells me they are close! Opening is at 5: 30!
If u cant honour your hrs of operation then mind as well dont bother!

It was Sunday night around 10: 40 and as per their site and timings they suppose to be close as 11pm. I got there just for coffee and some cookies. But there were to girls on shift one was Asian and other one Persian and her name was Maryem. Upon request the told me they are already closed and they don’t have any drinks or beverages. I would mind their reply if I went there around 11 or 10: 50pm but it’s literally 10: 40pm and how come they were sending customers away before their closing timing. I find it pretty unprofessional and annoying. I went to this location multiple times and other staff members they’re usually pretty kind and efficient but those 2 girls are pretty incompetent for that position.
