When I'm over on the Base visiting my friend, I use this location. It's always clean and the staff are always full of smiles. I'd give 5 stars but my coffee it's waiting for me when I arrive. Lol

To best summarize this place: always overwhelmed due to base (very long waits), consistently make at least one mistake with your order, and will never admit to the mistake even when caught just to save the task of redoing something.

If you have any choices, avoid.

Last few times I was there I waited in line for 5 mintues, I was the only customer in the store. They always put the drive thru first and leave you waiting especially when you have to get back to work. All I ever order is a coffee, it shouldn't be that long of a wait this is usually around either 4 pm or 8 pm, they have atleast 5 people working at a time, I worked at pizza pizza just me and another on a Friday night and nobody waited that long. Do better Niagara park drive location.

Out of ALL the Tim's in town, this one makes the BEST coffee. Their drive thru might be a little long some days (due to the military) but I'm always greeted with a smile and a delicious cup of coffee. Gwen, you rock.
