Very disappointed with the service. I was told that a hour before closing they had run out of food! How does this happen but more importantly why did the employee find this unacceptable situation so funny? She laughed and smiled. She should be laughing her way to unemployment.

Everything was fine food and service wise. Clean location but this location does not have any wall plugs. Every tims in the city has them. If you're looking for a study spot, this is not it.

I countered with a rude employee today. Instead of apologizing, she responded very rude and asked another employee to do it for her, and walked away without apologizing.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a bagel and I got something totally different. The hot coffee was ice cold. I wish there is an option to give them half a star.

Give yourself at least 5 minutes to spend in the drive thru.lots of gas wasted here!
I still come here daily as it’s on my way to work. I always have to ask for a napkin with my food. Many times the staff are very sour with their expression. Often times I don’t even get a greeting or even looked in the face as they are tossing my order at me before I can even put my debit card back in my wallet. If you hate customer service work in a different industry. Life is too short to be that unhappy!

Was here Saturday and gave my order. He repeated it wrong back to me. I corrected him and he said sorry about that we have it fixed now. I get to the window and I get my sandwich with no hashbrown and a double double when I ordered a black coffee. The girl at the window told me I never ordered a hashbrown (even though I did multiple times) and when I said I did she continued to tell me I didn’t instead of fixing it.
