An employee while handing my order just threw the order on the desk when i was trying to get it, it was like as if she doesn’t wanna work there and is doing a favor on everyone. It felt insulting. Kindly teach your employee to atleast respect the food if she cant respect the customer. Pathetic.

Very nice serive. I have been taking orders from this for last 1 year and experience was very good & very hygenic and clean place

I loved the contemporary decor and cleanliness of this Tim Hortons location I visited. The manager of the morning on Sundays that I met is not with customer service. I had an issue with my order because of the quiosque and the manager did know how to handle the situation properly.
- Canada Day, at 2: 00pm. Again, a awful experience at that store. For the first time in my life I mistakenly order my mobile app to be picked up at another store. My phone did not selected the nearest pick up location. I talked to the manager hoping she would do something like calling the other store to let them know and then proceed with my order there, at the correct pick up location. But no, she was just like “there’s nothing I can do to help you. ” She was like laughing at me. Unprofessional and terrible CS.

First time I was in this Tim Hortons and Rimi helped me and guided me. I really enjoyed my experience because of this employee. God bless her!

Tried to use the bathroom there, and the wave to close feature also triggered the open door feature. I'm not shy, and I get why they do this, but that's rather immoral to have the door open while you're trying to do your business.
