Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons' new policy is the epitome of greed. They now ask customers to wait in the parking lot for their orders, completely disregarding comfort and convenience. If this trend continues, I'll take my business elsewhere, supporting a competitor that values its customers more than profits. Greed has utterly tarnished what was once an enjoyable spot.

The absolute worst Tim Hortons. It sucks because they are convenient to where I live but I will not be going back to this one. They don’t pay attention to anything and constantly get orders wrong. I’ve had nothing but issues here. It’s also extremely dirty and disgusting they have rats running around everywhere in the drive thru.

The worst tim hortons in the Canada, the doors still closed all though its been opened since 5a.m

It’s the bad place i’ve ever visit i took one medium coffee they charge me by mistake 11.89$ and the manager was so rude don’t ever visit this branch

The food was fine it's just that one time my friend was ordering something and as she drank here coffee she found grains in here coffee atmosphere is alright but they are really busy as well but the service is kinda bad one person forgot my order

The service is bad, some stuff are rude, tables and floor are not clean. Many time you will find somes freaky clients, it’s scary….

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and got very old eggs. Returned it and waited for over 7 minutes for the new one. Discovered they were using old eggs to make the sandwiches. Terrible!

Worst place for coffee in town. I would avoid.

Staff is unprofessional and seems to be not trained at all.

Honestly if you can make it to another location I would avoid this one every time I go to this location they mess up my coffee or food the mount of times I’ve paid for caramel or bacon that I’ve never received is insane

Slowest drive thru in Ottawa. Terrible service, all the workers look like they really don’t care and not to mention the place is ghetto and littered with trash. Bring out your long chairs, seems like this is the place to tailgate and hang out in the parking lot.

I'm very impressed at this particular Timmies' consistency at always botching my coffees. Iced coffees are almost always too bitter or too sweet: (

This is the worst timhortons I have ever personally been to. The drive thru is super slow and they never get the order right. The guy said I order 7 coffees and after I told him it was 2 he still told me it was 7. Never again. Tried for a week problems every time.

Tables supoose to be cleaned right after use so that the following customer can use it. The bathrooms, floors and door handles must be cleaned throughout the day. These cleaning practices should be a priority for businesses as the health of the citizens should be prioritized.

J’ai commandé avec Uber eat don’t j’avais vraiment envies de manger les biscuits avec le Ice cap aujourd’hui…
Du coup j’ai commandé deux croissants, 6 biscuits, un muffin et un ice cap… ce qui m’a coûté entre 20 et 22$ pour la commande plus les frais de livraison… j’ai payé 33$ pour ne pas recevoir mes biscuits.

Service is average, probably being understaffed is the reason. Servers are already overworking by managing the store front and drive thru. They are overwhelmed by the foot traffic and having no back up.
I hope Tim hortons head office can come n visit this store (mystery shop) and see what a disaster is this location.

During this pandemic time please add soap dispenser in ladies wash room. No toilet paper.only one stall is accessible. Staff dosen't have customer service skills. This is my second review. This location never change with review. Better close this location if you not going to provide good service and food. Customer service is very very poor. They are talking to themselves instead of completing orders. There is big line up on driveway orders. They don't even have sense of urgency to complete orders. Stop talking to each other complete orders.

Rude and disrespectful always slow the 2 drivethrewlanes are never open at the same time there's always a line food always has hair or eggshells or is cold orders are typically wrong

Always takes forever.never fully trains staff and your waits always over 10 for a coffee and that’s only if you can actually stand in line long enough to order (that’s an additional 15mins:)

edit: everyone just plays around (staff wise) half are flirting with each other or just walking in slow motion while staring at the costumers

So busy Tim Horton at office hours ;gets drive through service or parking outside of the restaurant and dine-in so that they cannot please all the customers.
However ; be careful of some walk in guys who are so rude to yell at you if you stand too near to them. They are always talkative, pesky.even in line.
