Staff has poor customer service and are very impolite. They tried to rush me through the drive when taking my order and as well while I was checking my order to see if everything was in the bag. After spending $40+, I'm told to get out of the drive thru and when I told them I'm checking my order 2 of the employees started barking at me, like how rude. My food wasn't free, it was paid for, but tell you what this location will never get my $$ again.

Seems things may have gone a bit down hill with american owners?
I will ask them to cut my sandwitch and often it is not.
Still very grateful they are so many of them or the wait times would be even longer

Nice place to have coffee. The staff are super friendly and professional. I enjoy coming here for my French Vanilla and Boston Cream Donut. Cheers!

This location can get pretty busy and be a bit slow, but they've never gotten my order wrong.

Needs more people or quicker service takes 25 mins for a coffee in the mornings everyday. Thought it was fast food lol

Worst place to go to. Staff just talk and don’t work. Guy at the register said “ do you speak” like dang give me time to speak.

They are always busy, so it's definitely a wait sometimes but my coffee is right 9 times out of 10. Nice staff and always clean. I only wish they had I bike rack and the cross walk was more safe.

None of the staff pay attention to you when youre waiting for food. They all talk to themselves and ignore every client asking how long for their food. I do skip and waited 14 mins for an order that the app said was ready

I went to this location today and was told they were out of large iced coffee cups. When I get to the window, they found some and so asked if I can have a large iced coffee. I was told I couldn’t because they were for Uber! Seriously? I’m a customer at the store but Uber takes priority? Ridiculous.

This happened at 8a.m. On Saturday May 28 2023. The employees are very unorganized and leave one person to take the orders while they watch. This was a problem for me since I tried to order and the person at the drive thru window couldn't hear or understand since she was multitasking putting the order into the device. Two of her coworkers came up to the window several times and heard what I was trying to say but told the person taking our order nothing. This caused me to be overcharged for 6 drinks instead of the 5 we ordered. After I received the extra drink I kindly informed the person that took our order, but she wouldn't refund it even thought I had no touched it. The reasoning she gave wasn't even good. It was that I had ordered 6. I was gaslighted into shutting up. This is honestly very bad customer service.

I bought a soup and asked to toast the bread. "We don't do that"

Wrong order 100% of the time. Then the app won’t help fix it and I can’t leave work so I just keep wasting money. Go somewhere else and do yourself a favour.

Ran out of ice caps the last time I visited l, but it's amazing! Hopefully they fix the ice cap machine soon: D

Use washrooms at your own risk. The one I used was disgusting. I hope the employees don't use these.

The shop is close to Blair station and Gloucester mall, serving busy drive-through customers into and outoff highway 417.

We picked up an order on the app yesterday. Asked twice if everything was there and was told yes it was. Got home and it was half missing and part of the order that was there was wrong. Tried contacting the restaurant to be told to contact the app and the app people tell me to contact the restaurant. I recommend not using the app as there is zero customer support. They offered me points equivalent to a donut. I will go to my credit card company to get my money back.

I don't know what you do to your cofee but it is realty realty bad I have to go to Gloucester mall to get it do you wash your pots and your muffin are over.done and I know my food am a food inspector

Since I live close by, it’s a convenient location and I’ve been going there for several years now. However, this particular location seems to attract some very unsavory characters. All too often, I’ve witnessed several incidents that made customers very uncomfortable and lately this has become a common occurrence. Even the police had to extricate certain individuals in the past who were creating problems inside the restaurant. Now having said all that, my latest visit to this restaurant was quite disturbing. A guy that I can only describe as a gangster want-to-be was sitting in the corner. He had his headphones on and singing out loud to the lyrics of a very hateful and disturbing gangster rap music. As I was waiting in line to be served, all I could hear was “F” the whites and “F” the cops. A woman ahead of me in line promptly walked out without ordering. Understandably, she felt very uncomfortable. I was there to meet a friend of mine who wanted to buy a used camera I was selling. I picked up the camera and pointed it towards an Ottawa Senators poster that was hanging by the cash. It wasn’t anywhere near in the direction of the individual. However, I could hear the want-to-be gangster making ugly threats, but I refused to look in his direction. He actually said. "if you point that camera at me, I’m going to “F”en kill you… I promise you that”. He said that multiple times. My friend and I decided, it’s finally time to leave. This was a blatant threat made to me and in a public space with other customers around. My big issue is, why didn’t anyone of the staff or even the store manager contact the police and have this individual removed. We noticed several people leaving the restaurant. It was no longer a safe environment especially if you are Caucasian considering the lyrics were in reference to “F” and "kill the whites". Tim Horton’s, like any other business, has some responsibility to ensure that customers are always felt welcome and secure in their environment. I’m certainly never going to set foot in that particular Tim Horton's again.

This location is literally the only location in the city that won't make a latte with almond milk. Because people can be allergic to almonds. What about people that don't drink milk? Or are lactose and tolerant? Get with the times
