Completely unacceptable. I asked for a turkey sandwich with NO bacon sunday Feb 5th @3: 30 pm and when i got to work i check the sandwich and it had bacon in it. I couldnt take the sandwich back because of my work and when i was done work they were already closed at 9pm. I waited till tuesday the 7th because i never got the time to go back. When i got there i explained to the lady in drive thru and she said okay drive up, So i go there and she says “your total will be $8”. I asked why do i have to pay this has happened to me not once but MULTIPLE times and when i come back and explain to them without hesitation they give me the sandwich I originally asked for. She told me i have to bring the other sandwich back but that is FALSE. Never has anyone asked me to do that. Why should i if they are the ones who gave me a wrong order. I dont know if she was the manager or not but either way thats. UNACCEPTABLE!

8am in the morning on a Monday and they don't have eggs ready for breakfast. I would highly recommend not going here for anything.

Very slow service! Mobile order took almost an hour to get ready, not to mention didn’t have cold coffee in stock! Will go somewhere else

Considering the line up for the drive thru was a bit too long, the staff were very efficient at getting orders filled fast

Staff is too slow, they need staff that can handle the volume of customers that consistently fill drive thru and walk in lines.

Went in asking if they had any french vanilla cappuccino Keurig pods. The young cashier didn't know, so she went to ask someone. I don't know her name, she was an older lady. When she came over, she asked " what do you want? " She clearly needs more training in her customer service skills.

If I could give this Tim Horton's -10 stars I would. This has to be the most incompetent incompetent and slow Tim hortons in all of Orleans Orleans. I have done drive-through and In store dinning. Besides the fact that they are slow they have messed up our order a number of times and I just can't fathom why I have to stand 30 minutes in line to get it to then once I pay in wait have to remind the person 3 more times about that I'm waiting for a tee somebody needs to go in there and actually handle this Tim hortons and make it efficient otherwise just close it down.

I am never coming back to this Tim hortons, we place an order a week ago it was all wrong, then called at the store their assistant manager Shagan was super rude and wasn’t trying to help. After a bit of back and forth, she told me that I could come back I would get the same stuff on the house. So I went back through drive through, the cashiers were very ignorant about the issue, kept repeating to come in to the store, but I was in rush. Super bad experience. Would never recommend this place or ever come back here. I would give it zero stars if I had the option.

Rude staff no ketchup and no substitute tried to charge me extra for another sauce! Very rude and abrasive older ladies

Too understaffed to accommodate customers, food was semi-cooked, staff unable to work computer to retrieve receipt from order made 10 minutes from request for receipt.

Customer service was awful and they didn’t even have ketchup. What kind of restaurant doesn’t carry ketchup. Definitely won’t be going back.
