I just bought a coffee, honey crueller and Boston cream donut. Look at the pictures of my Boston cream donut all of the chocolate is stuck to the bag, I threw it in the garbage. The location was filthy, dirty floors, every table had garbage on it, windows were a mess, I don’t know what’s going on in the food industry, but it seems to be going downhill. There must be a change in staff, I haven’t been there in awhile, but I’ll never go again.

Average experience at this location. Donut quantity/selection was below expectation. Garbage bins were full, tables dirty which we cleaned before sitting down but staff was great.

The parking lot is terrible, I actually go elsewhere it's so bad for your car

Came here in the morning and was pretty busy.service was okay, food was great.

Even tho this place was made for coffee and dounots and such, i like the sandwichs

This location is a bit crowded at lunchtime (to be expected) but very efficient service.

I have been coming to this tim for long time. Employees says their expresso machine not working. But what I couldn’t understand why the expresso machine is on. Simply that lead me to coup conclusions, which the first is that the employees just dont want to serve any expresso coffee, and it is really bad. Or the second conclusion is that the expresso machine actually not working, which actually worst than the first conclusion and simply because… if the employees just dont wanna serve expresso it is bad, but if it was the other way it is worst because you dont have expresso in the restaurant and yet you keep advertising that you have expresso and you dont. Simply means you wasting people time, because you should put a sign on door that the expresso machine not work, like that I am not going even to enter the tim. If that issue it is not fix, either you put sign or you fix the machine i will pressured you by wasting the customers time by advertising something you dont have.
