Scanner not working at counter, wouldn't do anything to honor my promotion. Red head making food was rude as heck to coworkers and customers. Drive thru line up out to bayfield. Just chaos walking in this morning

I can handle terrible service but atleast get the order right.super disappointing when you order without egg because of an allergy and still get egg, and don't get the bacon you had to pay extra for.
