Night shift employees always says their machines broke down. Feels like they don’t want to work.

I went through drive-through and ordered 4 bagels, but they only gave 3. I went inside to tell them that they missed one, and the workers started yelling at me and that I was in the wrong. So. Yep, I would have put 0 stars, but that was not an option. Poor service, should be fired honestly.

To the worker who started yelling at me in the morning of april 24 during 7: 30, you are very disrespectful and you should not be allowed to approach your customers by yelling at them. I went to drive thur at 7: 30 where i placed a order and the worker did not pay attention to what i was saying and guessing what i wanted, when i came to the window they gave my order and it was wrong.i went inside to ask a lady for assistance to help me and they talked i their own language and i felt violated because they were laughing and giving nasty faces. They all started to tell me i need to repay for my order even though I already paid and I am not repaying for my order if they can not get my order right. The worker who took my order through drive thur started to yell at me and i felt uncomfortable for being there for embarrassing me in-front of the store, she was very unfriendly towards and when i left she was talking disrespectful towards my back.

I’m a usual customer and I don’t appreciate being yelled at from a worker and saying the costumer is “wrong. ” This is an unprofessional behaviour and I will not tolerate it. I wouldn’t want to come here ever again. This is also not the first time they got my order wrong.

The manager and staff were extremely rude. Drive through service isn’t the greatest as they always mess up the orders. The store manager needs to really think about who they hire as the employees who work at this Tim Hortons seem to not know what “customer service” is. If I could give this location a negative rating I would give it a -5.

Rude customer service, some lady who works there during @7am. (24/04/2023) started yelling at a 17 year old. They ordered 4 bagels got only 3 went back inside, because they ordered from the drive thru and the 17 year old asked politely if they could double check their order and see if it can be corrected and the worker started arguing and dismissing the fact that their order was wrong. It was So disappointing and unprofessional for that lady.

Everything is right here, easy parking, enough nice space inside, quick nice personal to serve you very good coffee +

I went to this Tim Horton’s Location on a Monday morning on April 24th. I’ve went through drive thru, I ordered a medium double double and 4 bagels in total. The lady who took my order did not listen to my order correctly, I had to repeat my order multiple times. When I’ve received my order, it wasn't what I ordered. I then went inside and talked to a worker nicely regarding my order, she then started to talk to her colleagues regarding my order. She then started yelling at me and telling me that I was in the wrong and that her coworker took my order right. I felt very embarrassed during this situation because she did not take this situation properly or professionally. I will not tolerate this unprofessional behaviour and won’t be coming back to that location due to the unprofessional encounter.

I was at the Tim Hortons this morning when an employee started yelling at a young girl regarding her order. From what I saw and heard she politely inquired about her order because they gave her the wrong amount of bagels. The employee then started yelling at the young girl for no apparent reason. The employee was clearly acting out of line and it was frankly pretty embarrassing to witness such immaturity and poor handling for such a minuscule error. I will not be returning to this specific establishment if this is how the employees handle problems

Went through drive thru this morning around 7am and this worker yelled at me for no reason. She told me I am in the wrong and it is my fault. This is unprofessional behaviour. I do not feel comfortable walking into this Timhortons knowing that a worker will only yell at me for no reason.
