I go here often, mainly for coffee on my break. Today I needed food and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Pathetic sandwich as it was 2 little chicken fingers on a bun. I can accept that it wasn't crispy but not that it wasn't one whole piece of chicken. There was a gap in between the two pieces so you aren't getting much. I only get a 30 minute lunch so there's no time to go back and complain. Disappointing and I won't ever order that again.
To add. I got a reply from Tim's to call the number provided. All they did was have me repeat what I wrote here, thanked me for this and good bye. What was the point? Poor customer service.

Terrible service. I waited for 10+mins just to be served. I saw 9 employees helping the drive thru customers and 1 poor employee having to do everything for the indoor customers. It was actually faster for me to leave, get in my car and join the drive thru line. How pathetic and sad is that. This place is poorly managed.
