Hey Tim Hortons, how about you get rid of the drive thru time clock so the manager stops yelling at their employees to hurry up! Quick! Quick! To the point that the employees pretty much throw the coffees at the customer! No wonder mistakes happen and employees are stressed! And to the manager: time is not as important as your employees mental health!

These guys and gals at this Tim Horton's could not be a bunch to have working at this location. It is within a minute of a city of Ottawa waste management truck drivers, plus the regular traffic! I'm stunned I have yet to receive something other than what I had ordered or was plain unsatisfactory. 5/5 Honestly! Keep up the great work!

I used to go to this tims in the morning after my night shift and get a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. The bagel would *sometimes* be toasted properly but my main issue was when I found a chunk of something (probably a dried up, rubber-y cream cheese crumb - ew lol) on my bagel. It was an instant turn off for me and I couldn't eat the rest.

If I'm planning on getting a food item I go to the one a but further down the road. If it's just a coffee and I'm feeling lucky I'll go there.

The one time the drive thru presenter yelled "NEXT! " after she gave me my stuff gave me a chuckle. If it was for the car behind me. I don't think they heard you. If it was meant for me all I can say is that I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for 2 coffees so i think you can wait the 3 seconds it takes me to put them in my cup holder then put my hands back on the wheel. Give them in a tray and it might only take me 2 seconds instead of 3. You'll shave a whole second off your OEPE times!

Admittedly, these things happened about a year ago so maybe (and the word 'maybe' is holding a lot of weight here) it's gotten better since then. I really like the one down the road in the morning and I don't feel the need to try this ones food again because all I can think about are those dried up, rubber-y cream cheese crumbslol

The food is good. But the stuff is completely disrespectful as they are low paid, so they don't care at all.

For some magical reason, you can't get a cappuccino or a latte during late shift hours. And staff wouldn't even apologize for that. The guy I spoke to just left the counter without saying anything after I insisted I wanted a latte or cappuccino instead of a tea!

This is hands down the BEST Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I've been going here every morning for about 6 months now and the donuts are always fresh and the coffee is always stirred. The consistency of this place is amazing and I'm definitely impressed!

Service was brutal! One person ahead. In line 10 min to place order. No personality! Hopefully find another location in future.

Great location for coffee, close to the industry on Sheffield Drive and open until 2am. Always clean and friendly especially when it’s late night for us overnight workers

Extremely bad! Do not go there. I visited this place few weeks ago and the Broccoli soup that I ordered was very thin and not creamy at all as it f they had put water inside to increase the quantity! Shame on the owner of the place. Not only this the bread that came along was half torn as if it was torn was hands! Very cheap… I went and showed this at the customer service and they say that is the way they serve. RIDICULOUS. I will be reporting this to the headquarters of TIm Hortons. The franchise from the owner should be taken away or the manager should be trained as well as the staff!

Slowest tims ever. Inside or drive through. 20 minutes now with only 3 cars in front of us. And we are still in the line. For coffee.lol. Stop at another exit if you can.

They are in such a rush to prepare the food specially for drive through, that most of the time the bagel is either not toasted or buttered no to none.

I got a breakfast sandwich and BLT, the bacon was half cooked, chewy and gross. The cashier gave me a refund after arguing about it with me. Absolutely terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your time here

They care way too much about chitchatting and drive times. If you want your order basically thrown in your window as you drive by, and “NEXT” screamed shortly after, this is your place to go lol. Super rude staff. If you order something they don’t have, they wait until you’re at the window already paid, reminding them of said item. Then they say “we don’t have that”. Maybe tell me before hand? The worst Tim’s in Ottawa for sure.

Mixed bag here. Is the service fast? Yes. Is the customer service lacking and rushed to the point where it’s verging on rude? Yes.
If you like having things essentially thrown at you and then told “next please” immediately after getting your food, then this is the place for you.

The food is actually surprisingly good at this location. They have a lovely morning crew and would recommend a small detour just to go to this location. Also they have an amazing dining location

They don’t carry “cheese croissants “ they don’t carry “carrot muffins “ they don’t carry “powdered jelly donuts “ etc etc etc….
