The staff doing the drive thru are extremely rude and lack customer service skills.
I also have $10 for my $6 meal and didn’t receive change back. When asked to please provide me my change the employee told me that I don’t get change back.
If they’re so hard up for money at this location that’s not the way to go about doing things.
Also please tell me why there was more butter on the outside of the package than on my bagel? ! I went into work with a massive oil stain on my dress pants.
I’ll be boycotting this location for the foreseeable future. Truly disappointing.

Horrible service, 20 mins in store with 3 people in line to get one coffee. So next day go in drive threw only 4 cars in line and took 20 mins. Horrible service.

Crappy better than thought rude staff inside and at drive-thru window, 2mm of coffee grinds in the bottom of my coffee cup, a dozen donuts all the flavors I didn't want, turkey club sandwiches with zero mayonnaise. $34.70 I spent could have paid for better service at a restaurant for breakfast. Going to Rainbow Restaurant next time!

Beyond impressed how quick they delivered with a full drive thru. I work Night Shift and the staff here is so nice

These people are so sneaky, they make you stay and wait to get your change back in hopes that you'll just leave. They make sure to take your money, give you your items and wait to see if you've driven off. If no one says keep the change, give them their money back. They also don't tell you if you have a free item with your rewards card and just keep your cash. Lots of us work minimum wage jobs and don't get tipped. Stop being greedy.

Never seem to have certain things that are on their menu seasonally. Staff are freindly enough. Very busy location.

I love this place! I come in every time I'm in Canada. Great donuts, awesome coffee and a friendly atmosphere. I recommend this to all who are traveling abroad! Thanks so much.

Went in a grabbed 2 craveables my chicken sandwich had no sauce on it just chicken an lettice with bread

Typical Tim Hortons. Unfortunately not in the best location. It's busy enough that they should expand the drive through to two lanes. Its often lined out to the road blocking traffic.
