I ordered several things for takeout and received them quite quickly but since it was pouring rain outside and I was walking, I needed one bag to carry all of my food.
Suddenly, everyone started working AROUND ME and working with the next customer.
It was like I didn't exist after I made my large order!
This is embarrassing and very rude behaviour.
I would have just left the food but I was getting food for other people.
Finally a Black employee came from the back and asked what size bag I needed.
That means I was definitely heard but ignored!
I understand that you're working to service the people quickly but good customer service also requires you to finish working with one customer and then start with another.
Hmmmmm.was it because I'm Black?
I hate to think that but I sure was ignored after my money was taken.

I actually hate it so much, that I'm not going here anymore, and my work is literally a minute away. I ask for two hashbrowns, they constantly screw it up and only give me one. I asked for a medium latte; there's a whole inch of coffee missing in the cup (see picture)
Either completely shut this location down, or hire better workers who can hear what you're asking for.

This place is horrible with delivery orders. They definitely need A LOT of training. I’m still yet to receive a correct order.

11/09/22 another order with missing items.
Afternoon/evening employee’s are a joke. Instead of spending time replying to these reviews, actually do something about it and retrain that horrible staff

Location is really good but night service is horrible. 90% items from menu will not be available at night. Serving guy always says that espresso machine is under cleaning.

Ordered a half coffee half chocolate and a wrap. Not one of the staff offered a sleeve and a napkin. So I asked for them and they gladly give one.

This is my go-to place when I'm in a rush in the morning for my breakfast. Usually I will order the bacon and cheese panini and it always comes out cooked perfectly. They put the perfect amount of cheese and the bacon is cooked perfectly and it all comes together nice and crispy.just the way we like it keep up the good work staff. Also if you're in need of handicap parking there is plenty of spaces available and the restaurant is completely wheelchair accessible.

I ordered 3 items from drive thru and all 3 were incorrect. At least they are consistent. I ordered medium triple triple with milk, the lid says TTM but it's cream. My wife ordered a medium ice cap with milk, she got a small with cream. She asked the drive thru person and they said it was milk. My daughter ordered a bagel not toasted lightly buttered, the butter drips off the bagel, wow. Enough said no more Tim Hortons at that location.

The staff here are very nice, i liked how they communicate towards customers. There is someone I wanna mention I am not sure about her name but i think it’s Kyla she is kind, sweet and softspoken staff. Treated me well.

Service is great and store is 98% clean. Car Entrance and exits are pretty tricky and l think there are drug deals going on in parking lot. Be carefull where you park.

Ordered on the app! Got it delivered to my home and they messed up my order. Called the store to let them know they forgot to put an item to the bag. A girl employee answered the phone, talked to me in such a rude way; I told her about the issue and she decided to hang up on me and didn’t accommodate me.

Every time I go through the drive thru at Jane and Falstaff location. They forget part my order most of the Time and have to go back there to get it
It is very frustrating I go back again. I think the employee should be More careful. I think they should get rid of the employee and start over again hire better staff.

I will never ordered again, it happen with me second time. Firstly they sent me a drink without any protection and with open lid. Today morning i ordered my breakfast and they gave me this burnt bagel. Totally disappointed. Very poor service! Will never go again.

Rude horrible staff who just blantly ignore you. Don't give me basic things with my meal like napkins. Horrible basic service. Don't ask me if it is for here or to go. Places down my meal with no bag, no napkins with out a word. To the point I have to ask if this is for me.

My husband and I have been going to this Tim Hortons drive thru for a few years now. First, the employees are rude and second it is the most dirtiest place on the outside. There are no garbage cans outside, leaving the drive thru customers with no option but to leave it on the floor all over the place.
I asked why don’t they put a garbage can on the outside since there is space, and people that come through the drive thru don’t have to throw it on the floor. The response I got was that the OWNER didn’t want garbage cans outside. Are you kidding me? !

I asked for a Turkey Bacon Club 2 ham and swiss sandwiches and a chicken chipotle wrap, they gave me a Turkey bacon club in a wrap, 1 ham and swiss sandwich but they got the chicken chipotle wrap right. They were snobby and rude and refused to fix the issue that was their fault I even said it slow and they still managed to mess it up

Mary Ann denied me a coffee! I never thought i would see the day that an employee at the drive through window would be so rude, with absolutely no manners and no people skills whatsoever. It happened June 29th when i drove through to order a coffee with a screaming and crying 3 year old in my backseat and unfortunately i missed the order panel as i was distracted trying to comfort my son. I drove to the window and apologized for missing the window and asked if it was possible just to order a coffee there. The male cashier was quick to understand and punch in the order for a coffee but then behind him came maryann who quickly told him to cancel the order and rudely yelled "we don't take window orders! " And asked i go back around to order from. Panel even though there was no-one behind me. I am extremely angry but mostly disappointed because in the many years i have being a loyal customer to tims i have never experience more disgusting's and terrible experience. I believe this lady maryann should not be working and there are more deserving people that would qualify for this job with a little bit of people skills and customer service.

They don’t look after their customers. The employees look over worked and under paid. The TV systems is not on - if you want to catch snippets of Olympics you’re in bad luck. When it rains they don’t clean up outside table.

My son and I went through the drive thru this evening to cash in 3 free donuts from the roll up the rim contest on 3 separate orders on 3 different phones. The girl on the speaker said she could only take 2 separate orders in the drive thru. So I placed 2 orders and when I got to the window I tried to explain it was only for 3 donuts she still refused and said I would have to park and come inside for the third. I felt so disrespected by that and it wasn't until I showed her I was handicapped and asked if she treated all her customers so badly that she gave in and said ok. Unbelievable!

Long line ups very slow service and very rude I went in the morning explain to the lady fews times my order and still got it wrong once I reach the window and had even worse attitude I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there

Long lineups. I'm not a fan of how they designed the drive thru. Some people try to cut the line and sadly the way Tim Hortons designed it to make it easy for everyone to but the line.
I went today on May the 24,2021 for the May long weekend. The drive thru was very busy but surprisingly the drive thru workers kept up with all the orders and the wait for my dark roast coffee seemed to be a reasonable wait time. Plus the order was right.
Ordered the dark roast double double and a caramel latte.they only gave us cream in the dark roast and they forgot the caramel in the latte. Don't go here, they just mess up every time

Cashier was nice. Order was correct. The fries were partially dried out, but my wrap was perfect. I was annoyed that no napkins had been put into my take out bag. Wasn't happy about it when I went to eat my lunch. No napkins on the counter and none given in the bag. Sheesh.

Poor service evertime i order delivery i get riped off there is always one item of my order missing. When i try to complain they say its not there fault and get so defensive. Poor customer service.rood, slow, they dont care about their job and others. This place is so trashy never ordering here again. I advise you to order from a competitor

You don’t know how to work in Customer Service. You are too slow, why there are more than 5 people in the work station but I have to wait about 6 minute and leave because I nearly miss the bus, and get NOTHING.

I was sitting in the passenger seat with my mother in law driving her car, and we were ordering in the drive thru. I was trying to tell her what the family wanted to order, and the guy (who later claimed to be the manager, Michael) was being impatient (because there were a couple pauses where I'm trying to tell her an order and she repeats it to him) and asked during a pause if that was everything. My mother in law has a bit of a language barrier, and thought he had asked if there was anything else (to order), and she said yes, and so he told her to drive through. She told him sorry, I'm not done ordering, and he said with attitude 'well you said yes when I asked you if you were done, but ok, what do want to order? ' And she was shocked and gave the last order and we drive through. At the window she tells the girl that the guy on the speaker was being very rude. Michael comes over and him and the girl at the window began to say 'well you said yes when we asked if you were done, so you are in the wrong' and they start laughing at my mother in law. So she said the she will make a complaint and Michael yells 'go ahead and make a complaint, my name is Michael, I'm the manager' and they all keep laughing and shut the drive thru window. I have worked as a barista for 6 years and was a manager for 3 of those years and I'm so surprised to see such poor customer service from Tim Hortons employees, let alone a manager. It was a matter of just a simple miscommunication, and could have gone a lot better if they hadn't been completely rude and given attitude. Regardless of whether a customer is 'right or wrong' it's just completely inappropriate to deal with a situation with attitude, especially when the customer is not trying to be mean or rude, and made a simple mistake. Having the manager be on a power trip stating he is the manager go ahead and complain, and laughing with his employees sets a very bad example.

The food is mostly fresh, but the CS doesn't listen to customer instructions NEVER.
Spoke to Manager Michael (don't know if is his real name) explained that they have to follow the customer instructions especially now for Covid19, and all he said: I am sorry!
Hope next time I ll go again they follow my instructions.

I stopped going to this location after I had my life threatened by one the employees there. Some guy named Mike called me and offered me $10 Tim card. This after he watched the video which supported my version of the story of what happened. What a joke. The food is terrible, so is the customer service is horrendous and super dirty. If I could rate this location less than one star i would.

I placed a mobile order 7 minutes before going in the store and to my surprise it wasn't ready.i have to stand in a line; get my order like regular;don't these people know that how a mobile order order work.i had to stand in a line for next 5 minutes while the girls prepared my order.and they were reconfirming the order again and agian.come on dude.don't waste my time.if all this is suppose to happn then why does this location give the mobile order pickup service online.no body have time to place order online and go in store and repeat the same and waste 15-20 minutes like walkin.

Consistent poor food. When you try to address the issues, I'm told maybe they were in a rush, how can you be in a rush? Are you not too make it the same way every time?
Same cook time, same recipe?
This has to come from ownership lack of interest in the business.

But hey, they have a drive thru.

Very slow service. Busy or not customer has to wait for more or less 6 minutes or 10 just for a cup of double double. Staff dont know how to smile. Barely open their mouth. Move like a turtle. Very slow service. Train your staff how to serve fast and teach them how to smile and open their mouth. Is there any supervisor in this location? I heard your one of the lazy.

I stop at this location roughly 5 days a week during my commute to work. I kid you not when I say they mess up order every single time, I order green tea and get coffee, I order bacon English muffin and get sausage. I have called the manager to inform him of the patterns and nothing is done the following visit, boom another messed up order. At this point I’m just not going to go there anymore.

The employees were very rude and begrudgingly accommodating when they messed up my order. Then proceeded to argue with me when I tried to let them know my order was wrong, one of the employees, Shemore, cursed at me after I told him I wanted an Iced Caramel Latte instead of hot. He said “it’s caramel iced latte”. Extremely rude, would NEVER go back!

I just found cockroach i told the staff and he said on the next 2 min was trying to sell timbits to customer from the same display he got them in the box and told the customer he said cancel the timbits and i have no idea if some one will fix this come on timhortons thats should be easy fix why are you guy not training you staff properly

The drive thru area is really tight, bordering on the ridiculous. The service was still good. I am concerned about accidents as the space is quite small for maneuvering.

Nice two for 5 biscuit sandwich,
bad smoothie the super is more than the fruit content (ordered for the strawberry then for the lemonade) it was Sugar, ice and small fruit)
