Service was slow I was the only customer In the store and it took at least two or more minutes for a staff member to even acknowledge the fact I was standing in the line ready to order I felt ignored and was turning around to leave when one of the staff finally came over to take my order

They do not offer plain tim bits for dogs. Also, they don't offer other cookies when they do the smile campaign. I'm allergic to the pink icing

Coffee and donuts were ok but we were second at the till and waited over 5 min for service.had to wait while 5 drive through customers got priority service.there should be a staff member dedicated to in store service i recomend you order at the drive through then park, bring it in and relax.

Really hit or miss location, constantly gets my order wrong and fails to understand allergies quite often

Staff didn't seem interested in working and my coffee and pastry gave me a stomachache.

Today, the person ahead of us in the drive-through paid for our coffee and apple fritter. Kindness makes everything nice! Way to go, Parry Sound Samaritan.

I would give it a no star if i could the coffee always tastes burnt and staff are not friendly i drive the extra 10 minutes and go to cash town Ray is such a delight to see shes always smiling and happy such a great asset to the team she is why I will continue to go to cash town.
