I ordered a french vanilla and a sandwich. I waited for 15 minutes for just a sandwich. Extremely bad attitude of employees towards customers.

Extremely bad experience.staff is very arrogant every time they just disappoint
And when ever you ask them receipt so we call fill out survey they don’t give the receipt they provide a guest copy so they no one can complain for them.
But Tim should take care of the matter as it’s on there goodwill

What happened to this place? The food is deplorable. A 'wrap' is just one chicken strip and a single piece of lettuce thinly wrapped together. Why am I paying $7 for THAT?
The coffee is just water at this point, no actual 'coffee'. Truly distasteful and just plain nasty, and coffee is what Tims is known for. Did they also run out of sugar? Why does a triple triple taste like BLACK coffee?
No pastries are available but if they are, they're dry and stale.
Not to mention the customer service. Nevermind that they can't understand your order properly and their service is extremely slow, but they're disrespectful and have 0 customer service skills. They would rather chat with their colleagues while there's a lineup of 10+ people. You go to order, and they're all rude and arrogant.
Any other location is better than this abomination.
