Tim Hortons

The morning people are nice but the afternoon people are rude, which is ironic coz theyre so busy during the morning/lunch time and not so busy during night. I ordered an iced coffee black and the girl didn't hear me properly and gave me a hot drink. I said i’ll pay for the difference and she’s just so rude and refused me service. I was being so nice and understanding that maybe i wasn’t being clear when i gave my order and this is what i get in return? She’s a young girl in the afternoon. I never write reviews but this experience made me do it. Honestly would give a negative star if possible for the afternoon/closing people.

Worst Tim I visited ever staff was not friendly at all everytime whenever I go ask for everything cream cheese bagels they say that we do not have…. Never visit at this location from now on

Asked if food has eggs guy on the counter said no eggs at all but our friend is allergic to eggs as soon as we opened the container she had reaction and told the supervisor she doesn’t seems care about it. Please make aware your employees about allergies

This is the cafeteria at bottom level of mall if your wondering. If ordering through mobile everything is painless. Great service and attention here.

Poor service
I asked for 2.5 cream & 2.5 sugar original.
They made it with nothing in it
I asked to change, they washed same cup & made coffee in it
&&& it is still not what I asked for

Same food just taste so much worse at this location, and I’m a regular. Not by choice, because this is the closest Tim Hortons for me

Cashier is so clueless and unprofessional yelling at me to go in line when I’m in the line for a mobile pickup because I placed a mobile order.and then telling me I need to stand on the other side if I already ordered when clearly the other side is for orders at cash and I was standing underneath the sign that stated mobile pickup I had to scream at her like 10 times for her to understand that I placed a mobile order while pointing at the sign

Slow customer service. Had to remind them that i have been waiting for 8 minutes just for 1 item

Coffee was standard Tim Hortons brew.

We'll never go back to this dirty location.

Timbits were good, but they didn’t have the jelly filled ones. The location is ideal since it’s in the mall. However, as the other reviews have stated, this location isn’t very friendly.
