The stuff is very rude.i like my drink sweet and they keep asking me if that’s what i want and kept laughing.when i confronted them, they didn’t even apologize and kept talking to each other and laughing.very rude stuff.i am paying for every extra stuff that i asked them to add.i don’t understand why they have to question my drink.

TIM HORTONS! Which skills you look for while hiring a shift manager? Your Manager named Evelyn DOES NOT posses any customer care and communication skills. Me and my friend ordered hot teas and requested if they can make our order fast cause of our train timing (A request). First of all they made us wrong orders and EVELYN banged our drinks in front of us and said rudely, " We treat everyone same and you are not someone special and for the next time order first or order somewhere else".
Thats the rudest TIM HORTONS I have ever been to.

Guy with the kindof full sleeve tattoo and glasses was very helpful and kind. Nice chatting with him, food n drinks are always good here!

Good coffee, nice employees but they’re clearly overwhelmed. There’s lines most mornings but they only have the staff to use 1 of the 2 tils which sometimes means the customers are waiting up to ten minutes for their coffee order.

As a former Food Chain Exec in a company, I have analyzed that odering a simple watered bottle in another location by mistake as asking for guidance at this location for mere guidance was mere ghastly and unprofessional from the manager at this time. I would prefer giving zero stars if it was an option. Heartwrenching service for people out there. DO NOT GO HERE.

Best Ice Capp I have ever had. Special thanks and credit goes to Sukhmani, she was extremely calm and she made the best ice capp even when it was super busy. Hope there was rating above 5, I would have definitely given that.

I go to this location quite often whenever I'm down in the city visiting. Convenient location located inside Union Station. Something to grab to go on the train or getting off your commute. They plow through the orders quickly to get everybody their food. My experiences, never had one bad situation. Staffs are always cheerful and friendly. Keep up the good work.

I go there to get my belt bagel. The food is usually served quick however often times they will hand out food for customers who made their purchase after me (if I’m number 100, they will call out food for customers with orders number 101,102, etc.first which is frustrating if you’re in a rush to catch a train wondering if you’ll get your food on time and especially when customers after me ordered 5 sandwiches). My bagel is usually stale and hard to chew. There is an abundance of big flies sitting on coffee urns and flying around bumping into you while you’re in line waiting to receive your food. Today was my last visit there because of that. Their hand out counters are also gross - oil and finger prints everywhere. Very dirty. The cash workers are usually nice and attentive; however, the behind counter people look like they’re about to roll their eyes whenever they hand things out or whenever a customer asks them for anything.

Very nice place for insta coffee and insta breakfast. Whenever you go, you will definitely get some good and fresh food to cheer up your mood. Thanks for being nearby always. Always a best place for hangout with friends and colleagues.

I thought I would buy a sandwich before my 5: 19 PM train came and tried using the self-serve kiosks. I could see they had the full menu but it was malfunctioning so I got in line. I ask for the turkey bacon club to which i’m met with a shrug by the worker. I ask if they don’t carry that item and he shrugs again. I ask if they have wraps or any other lunch items and he replies with, “I have no idea, ” and another shrug. I ended up just walking away. I wonder what he does know.

Horrible service. Bad coffee on a daily occurrence. Go to get a new iced coffee as mine was literally white full of cream. They looked at me and said what's wrong with it, they remade it and gave me a cup full of grinds at the bottom. How do these employees deserve anything more than minimum wage. Disgusting services.

I just got the worst treatment by a young Indian girl with glasses. She does not deserve to be at that job. She's rude and not attentive. She clearly does not want to be there. I don't care to be served by someone whose heart is not in their job. There are many people looking for work. She should be replaced.

Absolutely horrible service.didn’t make my wrap correctly then charged me for a hashbrown that i didn’t even order, and was supposed to come in the wrap anyway. Not only that, but when i asked them to remake my wrap they opened the partially eaten wrap and stuck the hashbrown inside. Do not come to this location unless you want the worst customer service of your life.would give 0 starts if i could.

Went to Tim Hortons for my breakfast. I ordered Sausage - Brek Sand English Muffin and a regular Orng Steep Tea. The tea was like water. There was no difference between sugar added to water and this tea. The sandwich was good and it was a decent size.

Rude staff. The cashier was shouting at people to let them know the store was already closed. I know maybe she was tired because it was already 11pm but all of the people in the Union Station are tired as well. Could've been a little bit nicer.

Customer service is terrible as well. Other reviews are correct. Worst Tim's location I've been to so far. And I don't even give a lot of negative reviews.

Went there during morning rush hour. The line was quite long but it went real quick and the staff was very nice!

Well, the staff is really rude as we approached them, cashier seemed pretty rude apart from that the girl who prepared our order was very unprofessional as my coffee was too bitter, so I asked her to add sugar in that, she took my cup which I already drank from and she used same stirrer and placed it back, without washing it. Worst staff and worst service ever.

I asked for hazel nut syrup post paying and ordering for the french vanilla a guy who was working on 11th may evening said and he was really rude. Need to pay for that. I remember in other timhortans they do provide.
