Worst customer service, Rude managers! I ordered an Icecap with 1 extra cream and I received a watery icecap tastes like milk (There was no taste of coffee at at all). In the first sip itself I felt an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach so I raised a guest concern to supervisor. I used to work in a timhortons too, as a counter staff and I know how an icecap tastes like with an extra creame. It is understandable that this location is always busy because of the college students and they were out of icecap coffee mixture in the mechine but instead of admitting their mistake supervisor lady looks old with grey hair argued with me about this is how it is she didnt attend my concern at all. Icecap with 1 extra creame is always my favorite drink, there was a srilankan lady she will always behave nice and she will make this same drink really good. But today this Completely ruin my day feels like I wasted my money.

I am a regular customer at this location and just had the worst experience. I am waiting in the line for almost 15 minutes and I can see there are 4-5 persons working but only one is taking care of the order. The rest of them are chatting in the kitchen or just walking around. Nobody (other than the girl taking the order) is willing to help the customer. I just left and went to another location to buy my coffee. I will never go to this location from now.

P. S. I don't want to give 1 Star but I have no choice coz there is no Zero Star.

Really bad service, not following policies of Tims properly, felt like visiting a place who doesn't want there customers to revisit. Not a place worth visiting!

I ordered a 12 grain bagel but they burnt it and when i told them about that they speak very rude to me that was really pathetic to behave with anyone and i don’t like their service.please improve your standards

Guys today, In this location I ordered half French vanilla half coffee and it was so mess. When I tried to say that can u pls change it or make it better the afternoon staff argued a lot and denies to change it. It was such a worse experience of my life and the staff was very rude. This is not the way to serve customers. Pls check the photo and tell me is it 1/2 French 1/2 coffee.
